I was very pleased with the attention and efficiency of the management and staff during my husband's stay at the house. He was accommodated in probably the smallest room in the home, but was promised a larger room with a garden view, which was being redecorated at the time. Sadly, my husband passed away in the meantime.

I came to visit an ex-neighbour and friend. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They kindly brought tea and home made cake. All the residents seemed well cared for and content. I was impressed by the atmosphere. Our friend's room was well furnished but rather lacking in anything personal from his flat. Staff responded very rapidly when my friend accidentally pressed the call button. Overall very impressed with warm welcome.
