Very well-maintained home. Very clean. Staff are very happy, caring people. The manager has changed in recent times, so a lot of things have improved. Especially the communication with family.

My mother has been at The Lindens Residential Home since 2019. Initially unsettled, she is now happily integrated into the daily life of The Lindens. She has several important medical issues which are dealt with on a daily basis, a care we could not hope to achieve outside the home. The staff care for
her with great kindness and consideration. Always well turned out, her dignity is highly protected. The home has really improved communications recently. Family members are constantly notified of changes and activities at the home. At the same time, in my case at least, communication with my mother, who cannot use a phone herself, has been enabled via video call and with the help of a carer. It is wonderful to be able to see and speak to my mum regularly. I cannot express my gratitude highly enough for this. The home has always been impeccably clean when I have visited. Activities well and thoughtfully organised, catering for all needs. Fabulous.

My mother has been residing at The Lindens for nine months. Throughout this time the staff have been exceptional in the care and kindness they give to my mother and the other residents. Everyone is treated with respect and as an individual. There is a choice of menu and for those without much appetite,
food that they enjoy is offered. The care home looks and smells clean at all times. The decor is homely and has a lovely dining room. Her bedroom is large and has an en-suite. There is a secure garden for those that wish to go outside. Activities are put on everyday for those that wish to join in. I visit three times a week but also receive phone calls for updates from a senior member of staff. I would strongly recommend The Lindens to anyone wanting to find a residential placement for a senior family member.

My Mum has been a resident at The Lindens Residential Care Home for nearly 3 years. She moved in just before the first Covid lockdown so obviously visiting and getting to know the home and the staff was difficult. Now that visiting restrictions no longer apply we have been able to enjoy many visits
with our mum. The staff here are lovely and go out of their way to accommodate our needs, for example decorating a room so that we could have a small private family party to celebrate Mum's birthday recently and ensuring we had everything that we needed. The staff are wonderful with Mum and she always greets them with a big smile. The Lindens is a beautiful home and is always spotless. The manager is very approachable and is always open to suggestions and ideas.

My father has been a resident at The Lindens for over twelve months. He suffers from dementia so his care needs are not straightforward. We are completely delighted with the high level of care he receives at The Lindens. The staff are very efficient and compassionate, and it's obvious they care about

My mum has been a resident at The Lindens for the last 4 years. I never thought whilst our family were looking for somewhere suitable for Mum's complex physical and mental requirements that we would be fortunate enough to find a place that met the majority of her needs. But thankfully we found The Lindens.
I've had only very positive experiences with all staff members and the standard of care my mum receives. The staff are very caring towards both Mum and all of our family, giving a feeling of nothing is too much trouble whilst maintaining a friendly but professional manner. They also encourage Mum to be as independent as possible, they do this with great patience.
On special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas, Easter etc, the staff make a huge effort to make it as special as possible for both residents and their families.
The care my mum receives in the beautiful surroundings of The Lindens is second to none and it's very reassuring to know she's very happy and contented there.

My mother has been at The Lindens for over four years. The home is independently owned and has a team of loyal and hardworking staff, many of who have been there for years. After looking at several residential care homes for my mum, we found The Lindens and we are so pleased we did. We were immediately struck with, not only the beautiful garden setting of the home, but the bright, welcoming and friendly atmosphere we encountered on our visit. We were shown around in a
very professional manner and knew it was the place for Mum. She moved here in August and although initially took a while to settle into her new surroundings, after living with me for four years, she is now very happy and joins in the activities and is always smiling. Her medical needs are being well taken care of and her health is closely monitored. She has made new friends and really enjoys interacting with the friendly staff. She recently enjoyed being made a fuss of on her birthday. The kitchen staff provided her with a nice birthday cake. I find the staff friendly and approachable whenever I visit Mum or telephone the care home. I feel secure in the knowledge that she is cared for so well.

A pleasant surprise to find a house and extensive meadow garden so well set out providing air, space, views, and ample parking and ambulance access. Public rooms are furnished in comfort and taste providing a superior non- institutional ambiance. Bedrooms are of a similarly high standard. To suit disabilities
“hospital” type adjustable beds are available.
All levels of personal care are provided by trained, cheerful staff at appropriate levels, supported by laundry and cleaning staff.
Food is good and well prepared and specialties arranged for occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Outside medical aid is summoned if required and for day appointments at the local hospital/medical centres, admin. staff will arrange transport and escort as required.

The Lindens is an amazing home and I wouldn’t want Mum to be anywhere else. After going there for temporary care, we looked no further for this becoming her permanent home. The staff are wonderful, very patient and caring and look after the residents so well. Mum has severe dementia and doesn’t take
part in activities but is really happy living there which makes the family happy too. The Lindens has coped so well over the last 18 months, with Covid, by protecting both residents and staff, introducing window visits as soon as they could, followed by face to face visits. A wonderful home and would highly recommend!

My mother has been a resident at the Lindens for four years. The Lindens is an excellent care home and most importantly, the staff offer a great level of care. All the staff carry out their duties to a very high standard with a smile on their faces, which creates a caring atmosphere at the Lindens.
The en-suite bedrooms are a lovely size, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The communal areas at the Lindens are very welcoming with the dining room being a feature. The gardens are beautiful and the layout of the home is really good. I can personally recommend The Lindens to any prospective residents.

My eighty-nine-year-old mother has been a resident at The Lindens for three months, following a short stay in hospital and a respite stay in a different care home in Milton Keynes. My mother is mentally competent but struggles with her mobility and her diet. Since her transfer to The Lindens, I no
longer worry for my mother's safety and I know that the staff at The Lindens take great care to look after my mother with dignity and respect. My mother always looks very clean and tidy and I know that she enjoys the exercise classes led by the activity team and she is a big fan of the hairdresser at The Lindens. My mother's diet has been very restricted following a bout of illness a few years ago and I know that the care staff and kitchen staff do their very best to ensure that my mum eats well and they carefully monitor her diet. The visiting restrictions around the COVID-19 controls have made visits more complicated but the home's excellent low infection rate gives me great peace of mind.

My twin sister has been at The Lindens now for 18 months. It was the best choice I ever made for a care home.
The staff are friendly, very helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them.
The layout of the home and the cleanliness of the home is brilliant, everywhere is so spotless.
Sitting in the
dining room is like sitting in a 5* hotel.
I would recommend The Lindens 100%.

I have to thank all the staff at The Lindens for their excellent level of care which my father received. All aspects of his care were very good, including the background elements, such as housekeeping and laundry. Deserving a special mention - the exceptional quality of the tasty meals.
The direct
personal care such as assistance with showering and dressing was at a level greatly above the standard he had previously received in serval Kent based care homes, which we assumed was the norm. It was evident that a regularly appearing red rash on his face which was common previously disappeared within a couple of days after his arrival and never came back. Further evidence of that exceptional daily personal care, was his clean-shaven, healthy, well-dressed appearance. This made the family happy that they had chosen Lindens, with our only regret being we hadn't taken him there earlier.

Overall The Lindens has always provided an excellent service and has looked after my Mum to the best of their ability. I can honestly say that I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else. There have been times when the situation has been overwhelming for me and I have always felt the staff at The Lindens

My mum spent the last 4 1/2 years of her life at The Lindens. Throughout that time she was cared for by the wonderful team there. They are professional, yet friendly and always treated her with dignity and a high level of care. We looked at a number of local homes before choosing the Lindens and have

I joined in 2020 as an Activities Assistant and have since progressed to Senior Activities Coordinator, bringing five years of experience in care home activities. Our home is NAPA-registered, and I have completed CPD training in delivering activities for individuals living with dementia. I also proudly act as our home's Dementia Champion. In my role, I lead daily activities, outings, and special events, with a strong focus on helping residents reconnect with past passions such as painting, dancing, and sports.
In addition to my role, I manage our home’s social media channels, using my Level 2 certificate in digital marketing and ongoing studies in Computing and Business to help families stay connected and engaged in our community life. Supporting well-being, connection, and dignity is at the heart of everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends.

I’ve been a proud member of The Lindens team since 2009. With a strong background in Nursing, my journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, followed by roles as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
Now working as a Senior Care Supervisor and the home’s Medication Champion, I’m passionate about delivering safe, compassionate care. I strive to uphold the dignity, wellbeing, and safety of every resident, ensuring they’re treated with the empathy and respect they deserve.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family.

I began my journey in the UK healthcare sector in 2016, starting as a care assistant at The Lindens with no prior experience. I was warmly welcomed and supported to grow—progressing to Senior Carer and now Care Coordinator.


My role is centred on truly understanding our residents' needs, values, and preferences. I believe in delivering person-centred care that puts each individual at the heart of every decision. I understand that moving into a new environment later in life can be overwhelming, so I focus on making transitions as smooth and supportive as possible—for both residents and their families.


Outside of work, I enjoy walking and growing my own vegetables.

Joined in 2010, I have over 22 years’ experience in care, beginning with Radiologic Technology studies in Manila. I was privileged to provide nursing care for a Prince in Saudi Arabia.
I currently work as a Senior Care Supervisor.
I oversee resident care, deliver, and serve as the home’s Infection Control Champion to maintain a safe environment. I believe in treating every resident with dignity, respect, and as an individual.
I’m proud to be part of a team committed to high standards of kind, professional care. I bring a positive attitude every day, knowing our residents deserve our full attention.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family, going to church, and watching movies.

I’m proud to have been part of The Lindens family since 2010. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the joy of making a difference in our residents’ daily lives through food – something I’m truly passionate about.
Over the years, I’ve learned just how important it is to create meals that not only meet different dietary needs, but also bring comfort, joy, and a little taste of home. Whether it’s a favourite dish or something new to try, I love seeing happy faces at mealtimes!
Before joining The Lindens, I worked in a few different food roles, and I’ve always enjoyed being part of a team that puts care at the heart of everything we do.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me shopping, going to church, cooking at home, or off on a little adventure somewhere new!

Job Title: Head of Maintenance Joined: 2006

I'm the Head of Maintenance at our care home, and I've been proud to be part of the team since 2006. I originally joined as a landscaper, then moved into general maintenance, and eventually stepped into the role of Head of Maintenance. Over the years, my responsibilities have grown, and I'm now also actively involved in Health & Safety.


I've recently completed the Train the Trainer qualification, and I'm now delivering training to staff, which is something I really enjoy. I'm passionate about learning, developing new skills, and helping others grow too - especially when it comes to creating a safe, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.


Health and safety is something I care deeply about. I believe that a well-maintained and safe home isn't just good practice—it's essential to the well-being of everyone who lives and works here.


Outside of work, I’m equally passionate about darts. I play competitively and even compete in various tournaments—something that keeps me focused, social, and sharp.
