My mother was discharged from hospital ack to New Day with a palliative care package. She was given privacy but kept under close monitoring during her decline and staff supported me well. Her medical needs were treated so that she was kept comfortable and calm. New Day was the best place for my mother
to end her long and happy life.

The Lindens is a very special place, my mother, now 99, has been lucky enough to have been a resident for almost 8 years. During that time, we have truly admired the level of commitment, care and professionalism. The whole staff have shown on a daily basis. The atmosphere is purposeful, lively, cheerful
and above all, caring. Mum's increasing medical needs have always been monitored and dealt with compassionately. We cannot recommend this residential home highly enough.

Reply from Dessy Ivanova, Manager at The Lindens Residential Care Home

The Lindens Residential Care Home

from David K (Son of Resident) published on 14 May 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Our mum has been living at The Lindens for just over a year. She has a complex medical history and the staff and management are extremely helpful and supportive of her. Their support has taken a lot of the worry away from us, knowing that they are checking on her. Their care was recently very helpful
in preventing mum returning to hospital, nursing her back to normal within their care.

The activities that the home runs to provide entertainment are great. I particularly enjoyed the carol singing and mum is always telling me about the cookies and sausage rolls they have helped make.

Our contact with the home has always been great. They have always acted on any issues with mum quickly and the relationship they have with the local medical teams means they can action interventions much quicker than we, as family, had been able to when we were caring for mum ourselves.

Reply from Dessy Ivanova, Manager at The Lindens Residential Care Home

It means the world to us to know that your mum feels safe, supported, and cared for at The Lindens. Our team works hard to ensure each resident receives the attention and dignity they deserve, and we're so pleased to hear that our care has brought peace of mind to your family. We're also glad your mum enjoys the activities. Bricklehampton Hall Nursing Home

from Jacqueline B (Friend of Resident) published on 8 May 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Our best friend has no relatives and gave us lasting power of attorney. We choice Bricklehampton Hall because we were impressed with the caring attitude of the staff towards residents, knowing each person by name and treating them with dignity. The home is clean and bright with it's own nursing & caring
staff. There is an on-site kitchen which prepares meals that the residents want. Our friend was in her last few weeks of life and with severe dementia. She was bedbound but staff were on hand to look after her every need. We visited frequently and were treated with kindness and compassion. It's not the cheapest of nursing homes but it is the highest quality in term of care with dignity.

Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My mother was admitted to Bricklehampton Hall at the start of the pandemic after Pershore Hospital closed. Although we were separated due to lockdown, I was thankful for the stringent procedures to prevent patients and staff from getting Covid-19.
My mother enjoyed the home cooked food, and her birthdays
were always celebrated with lots of treats. The activities staff were a great support.
The standard of nursing care was exceptional, especially after a series of strokes. Nursing staff always kept us informed and took exceptional care 24/7. The end of life care was very supportive and peaceful.
I have frequently recommended Bricklehampton Hall to local people, and we all agree it is simply the best place to be. The views and gardens are also a real asset. Thank you to all the staff who took such dedicated care of my dear Mum, you are much appreciated.

It's a shame my husband isn't able to join any activities perhaps hopefully when he settled he may decide to join.
He is a little introvert so he's very much a 'leave me alone' person.
I would like to maybe push him outside when we have some decent weather may be later.
