Drummonds

The day staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is too much to help with all managers/seniors are so lovely too. So caring kind and patient would definitely recommend someone come for respite or to stay here, the residents are so kind too, and there are also lots of fun activities to do.

Due to our daughter's autistic spectrum behaviours, she is difficult to integrate socially, but she appears to be settling and we are optimistic that she will become more integrated in the future, as she did manager to integrate while attending day care.

The residents are amazing, so many smiles and so much laughter that you can't help but smile and engage.

Just caught up with a staff member to talk about my sister's recent holiday to a holiday village. It sounded amazing and the dedication to the Christmas theme was perfect. I know my sister will have had a great time. I cannot thank you enough for this great experience that my sister has had with her friends.

She returns home from her stays at Drummonds in a happy mood and we receive comprehensive information from the staff about the activities she’s been participating in, her general well-being, dietary, health issues and anything else of relevance. Whilst it never gets any easier to leave our daughter in order for us to have a well-needed break, our impressions are that Drummonds is a bright and happy environment with attentive carers and this gives us the confidence to trust them with her care.

The staff are always very friendly and attentive to the residents. They interact with the residents in a very engaging and loving way giving them the best care available.

Drummonds is an amazing facility. My aunt loves her home and is very well cared for. I loved the photos that she sent me from Halloween. I want to say thank you to all of the staff who have supported my aunt, particularly during such a difficult time.

Overall the standards in the home are very high, and family contacts or requests/messages etc. have been dealt with efficiently and with understanding.

Drummonds is better because the care is amazing, and the help we get is better. Staff are always happy to help, and it is a nice place to live. Whenever I ask for something, it always gets done.

I like all the activities here. I think it is a fun place to live, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love getting takeaways with everyone. As you walk in the door, it is a friendly atmosphere. I am happy living here.

I am so appreciative of all they have done while we have been unable to visit. I am so pleased that my sister has a real-life and cannot fault the care she receives.

I hope all of the team at Drummonds are very proud of all that they achieve, they are very special.

Really nice place. Good staff. Atmosphere was brilliant. Very homely. Happy with the care provided. The place looks better every time I come.

My uncle has been at Drummonds for many years. I remember visiting when I was young and the comparison now is unbelievable. I had been unable to visit since Black Swan took over and the amount of work that’s been put in really surprised me. It looks fabulous! From the cinema room to the new bedrooms. I was lucky enough to get a tour of the very friendly staff who had such lovely things to say about my uncle. Hopefully, it won’t be too long until I next visit!

My friend seems very happy at Drummonds. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Made to feel welcome every time I come. The place looks great. Always lots going on. Very busy and interactive.

My son loves living at Drummonds. He is well stimulated and cared for.
