Went to visit my sister and all sat doing arts and crafts all the staff are very welcoming too nice chat with everyone rooms are always clean always staff there to ask questions and answer lunch always looks good and great choice on the menu to eat

Stephen is always cheerful and comfortable when I visit and I think that speaks volumes by itself. The staff are always friendly and caring and we appreciate the efforts made to enrich Stephens life. Thank you.

A really lovely Home. Staff are welcoming and residents seem happy. I like how informed we are kept and being invited to join activities throughout the year. Thank you all for your dedication to care plus the meals always smell delicious!

Staff always helpful and friendly , home is kept very clean, my son is very happy there,if there is any problem management is quick to meet with me and my son to sort that problem out. I am very happy with the way residents are look afterwards

MY sister appeared to be very happy; she usually is. She is well cared for and has a very good relationship with the staff. The staff are very friendly and inviting, and always find the time to attend to my sister's needs. Her room and general facilities are clean and tidy.

Moving to Belamacanda has turned out to be the best thing for him. Its smaller setting with fewer residents with complicated needs, gives it a more homely feel to where he was before, and now my brother is much happier and calmer. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, and makes us welcome when we visit.

Excellent care, staff are always friendly. Residents needs well catered for.

Its a happy home, only thing sometimes is lack of communication about brother feed back of how he is update of appointments and meetings, of his future etc. Needs to be encouraged to do more get out more trips, and someone to talk to, he gets lovely but a great care home overall.

My daughter is very happy in Mid Meadows. The staff are excellent. I cannot speak more highly of the care she is receiving.

Our son has been a resident at Westfield House since 2018. During that time he has settled down and matured into a young adult. The staff are always very sensitive to his needs and disability and treat him with great respect. The atmosphere at the home is always warm and welcoming when we visit. Everyone seems very happy there!

All the staff are welcoming when I enter, always offering me a chair when I come visit my grandmother and always making sure we are offered a drink and making sure she's okay at all times by ensuring she's got a drink and she's comfortable in her chair.

She has a really lovely friendship group with other residents that has made such a difference.

The day staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is too much to help with all managers/seniors are so lovely too. So caring kind and patient would definitely recommend someone come for respite or to stay here, the residents are so kind too, and there are also lots of fun activities to do.

A warm and friendly experience from management and staff with any questions I asked are readily answered and my mind is put at ease. Mid Meadows has a very happy atmosphere and does their utmost to keep the residents entertained.

My son sometimes has challenging behaviour and the staff have coped with this well. I am pleased with the professionalism they have shown. I would have liked more success in encouraging my son to engage with other residents and activities in the home but realise how stubborn he can be. He says he is happy at Belamacanda.

I am completely happy with the care that my daughter receives. The care home is clean and my daughter receives all the care that she needs, both physically and mentally. The staff are very understanding and helpful.
