Mid Meadows

Went to visit my sister and all sat doing arts and crafts all the staff are very welcoming too nice chat with everyone rooms are always clean always staff there to ask questions and answer lunch always looks good and great choice on the menu to eat

Stephen is always cheerful and comfortable when I visit and I think that speaks volumes by itself. The staff are always friendly and caring and we appreciate the efforts made to enrich Stephens life. Thank you.

A really lovely Home. Staff are welcoming and residents seem happy. I like how informed we are kept and being invited to join activities throughout the year. Thank you all for your dedication to care plus the meals always smell delicious!

It is wonderful. Zara is so good with the activities. Lovely to see them all smiling.

Staff always helpful and friendly , home is kept very clean, my son is very happy there,if there is any problem management is quick to meet with me and my son to sort that problem out. I am very happy with the way residents are look afterwards

Its a happy home, only thing sometimes is lack of communication about brother feed back of how he is update of appointments and meetings, of his future etc. Needs to be encouraged to do more get out more trips, and someone to talk to, he gets lovely but a great care home overall.

My daughter is very happy in Mid Meadows. The staff are excellent. I cannot speak more highly of the care she is receiving.

She has a really lovely friendship group with other residents that has made such a difference.

A warm and friendly experience from management and staff with any questions I asked are readily answered and my mind is put at ease. Mid Meadows has a very happy atmosphere and does their utmost to keep the residents entertained.

I think the home is very good because the staff look after us all also they are friendly and kind. They are good at their jobs. I think one member of staff is very good with personality, and he’s very good at looking after people in the house. Another member of staff is very good; she takes good care of everyone in the house. I am certified for the jobs that they’re doing, and I think it’s amazing how they do it, and I like each and every one of them.

Mid Meadows has a very homely ambience. My son has settled in really well and this is thanks to the staff and other residents. He is very happy and well looked after and that gives me peace of mind.

Very friendly, happy place. Lots of activities. The staff are great, always want to help everyone. No horrible smells. Care is excellent, cannot fault anything.

My partner and I had a nephew as one of your clients and I am glad to send a glowing review of the care and friendship he received during his time there. Unfortunately, he has passed away recently and your staff invited everyone at the funeral back to the home where they had laid on food and drink (non-alcoholic lol) and karaoke, which was a favourite of our nephew. The whole staff and your other clients were amazing and they made everyone welcome and were so friendly, they were just like family members. During our nephew's time there, your staff made him extremely happy and comfortable and he enjoyed every minute of his time there and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mid Meadows at Frinton as an outstanding care home. Please send our congratulations on the outstanding job they are doing for all the clients.

My son was a resident of Mid Meadows for eleven years. He was very happy and the care he received was of the highest standard. When he was diagnosed with a terminal illness, all the staff went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and happy. At Mid Meadows, the staff and residents became my sons extended family. He loved them all and they all loved him. We as a family are eternally grateful for the excellent care he received.

My son had been a resident at Mid Meadows for nine years. He was receiving excellent end of life care in the palce that he thought of as home. He was supported by carers that he trusted and died peacefully. I was kept fully informed of the situation. As I life in Hampshire the manager was particularly helpful in collecting death certificates and assisting with local funeral arrangements.

Mid Meadows has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. All the residents appear to be happy and well entertained.

The staff I have encountered so far seem to know my cousin very well and try very hard to make her wishes come true. Their care is genuine.

I have been here for 10 years and really enjoy it. All of the activities and staff are excellent. The staff do change and some can be better than others.
