Care staff are nice and the activities are good. Close to the seafront. We can go to the shops which are really local. Get to go out on the bus and go places.
Very few homes that are for the disabled and even less who do it well. Rooms are fitted with overhead hoists as well as any other equipment needed. Hobbies are encouraged. Outside trips are arranged. All residents are kept clean. All laundry is taken when used and returned clean and fresh. Rooms are cleaned each day.
Always attentive to residents needs.
As the family of the resident, we have been very impressed by the level of care given at Mid Meadows and can relax with the knowledge that our family member is well settled, very happy and well cared for.
I like it there. I like the things we do and going out. The staff are alright!
I like living here. I like the activities and they take me on holiday every year.
Staff are always helpful. Staff are good with activities.
When visiting our daughter we have always found all the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The standard of hygiene and care are excellent. The food she receives is always very varied and of high quality. Because of the high quality and care that my daughter receives here we feel happy to leave her here.
My wife has been at Mid Meadows for 12 -13 weeks. The care home is first class. The care has been brilliant, and the food she has had is very good. The people who work at Mid Meadows have picked me up at home and took me home. Thanks for this.
I have only been here for just over 3 weeks and I have settled in really well. The staff have been amazing. I have made some really good friends. It's a lovely house, the food is amazing. I would really like to stay here if I can.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
