I feel that the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The home always smells clean and tidy. I also feel that nothing is too much for all staff. They really go over and above. The manager runs the home very well.

The Lodge is a wonderful and caring environment and we have been really pleased with the support given to my father. Staff are kind and friendly both to residents and family members. They have a good routine and nothing is too much trouble. They liaise well with family and health professionals. They
are compassionate and make sure they know what residents like. The manager is approachable and keeps me well-informed. The food seems good and the rooms are clean. Activities are organised for residents with regular visits from others like support dogs and local preschools. Residents can choose what they take part in. I would certainly recommend The Lodge.

Every time I've visited my mum the staff have always been very helpful. The staff are very quick to reply to any queries I may have. Looking forward to visiting my mum again in the next couple of weeks.

Have never met such a welcoming team. Carers are exceptional with a very clean environment. Well looked after with a manager who beyond doubt cares about her job and the residents and is always available.

My mom has been a resident here for over 10 years, due to her caring needs. Over this entire period she has been looked after like it is her own home. The staff go more than the extra mile to look after everyone to the highest levels of care, and find the time to see to all their personal needs as well.
I always have peace of mind, the staff always keep me informed of any changes, and are always approachable. Couldn't have asked for a better care home to see my mom comfortably living out her final years, with the knowledge that she is being looked after properly. Five massive stars to all at The Lodge.
