Mum is well looked after by all the staff in what is a lovely caring environment. A big shout out to the entertainment coordinator - a big asset to your team.

The staff at Bennett Lodge stepped up and provided me and my family with assistance when we were desperate and before using their services. They went above and beyond to help my Granddad which led to him becoming a permanent resident. The staff will frequently tell us stories of what he's been up to, show us photos, and have a chat when needed. The staff are always friendly and welcoming as well as helpful when needed. I'm confident that Granddad is being well looked after and have no complaints about the staff or his care.

My Sister in Law is a resident at Bennett Lodge and she is happy. I have seen first hand the care and kindness shown to her by all members of staff. The bedrooms and public rooms are always clean and sweet-smelling. The dining room is a cheerful place - table cloths and flowers are the most important! Visitors are made to feel welcome and staff makes time to solve any problems. More staff would make life easier for everyone. My relative says living at Bennett Lodge is good! Most important to her family.

Of the three months that my sister has been resident, I found (January to pre-lockdown), that she was very well treated by the care staff. I consider she is looked after with care and compassion. During my visits, there was always a friendly, relaxed atmosphere about the home.

Dad seems very happy being in care, as he was very reluctant to go into care. The staff has helped him settle in. He is well-fed and never complains about the food. His room is clean and tidy and his laundry done. My Dad feels safe, which is what matters to us the most. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Would recommend Bennett Lodge without reserve.

Our overall experience of the home is superb. All the staff are excellent, nothing seems too much trouble. the level of care and compassion is outstanding. All the little things the carers do for our nan really make a difference and they have made her very welcome. She now refers to this as her home and it is a happy one! Many thanks to all the staff and management at Bennett Lodge.

The staff is very helpful when I visit and my relative whom I visit frequently is always happy with the service she receives from her carers. The ensuite room is always clean and my sister is far better cared for than when she was living alone in a flat. I am able to take her out in her wheelchair to the local shops and replenish little treats in her fridge in the room.

Bennett Lodge shut its doors early when COVID-19 entered the country. It was upsetting not being able to see Mum. However, I can ring whenever I want. I have been sent letters and received video calls, all of which means a great deal right now. I knew from past experience if anything goes wrong I will be I informed. Despite all that is going on in the world, I know my Mum is safe.

Oh, what can I say! My dad has only been here for 2 weeks and what a difference I have seen. He is so happy, so well looked after. Such caring people with a genuine love of their job. I feel as a relative so welcome, so included. I love joining in the singing. Thank you all so much. Your hard work and dedication is so appreciated.

It is a wonderful, clean, comfortable and caring home. Nothing is too much trouble. My father is treated with dignity and the utmost care and consideration.

Everyone is caring and happy. It's clean and tidy. Staff are laughing with my mum all the time. Meals are very nice.

When she was in hospital for a short spell, the staff were very concerned about her and very happy to see her return.

I have been calling on a family member for a year or more. I have found the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is good and varied.

I was allowed to visit my mother anytime. The staff were always helpful. They made my mother feel at home. Any problems were solved immediately.

The staff, at all levels, are always caring, approachable and wanting the residents to be as happy and comfortable as possible, from Carers and Domestic, Maintenance, Activities, Care Team Managers and Admin, led by a lovely Manager and Deputy Manager, they are all very approachable and professional, wanting to help as much as they can. Keep up the good work all.

Every member of staff always has a smile and time to chat to mum and me. I can now rest easy knowing my mum is having the best care from all the wonderful staff. All in all, I cannot fault anything.

A big shock at first but now mum has settled it is very good. All the staff are the best very caring cannot fault anything at all.
