Through my experience of having family in care homes and working in care homes is by far one the best that I have witnessed. The staff are lovely, food is at an excellent standard. Also the cleanliness and hygiene of the home is outstanding. We are always greeted with a smile from the staff who genuinely

Absolutely lovely home! Mum has settled in her new home at Woodland and it's really being looked after. The staff are so friendly and caring, and it gives the family peace of mind knowing that our loved one is surrounded by such lovely people. The quality and variety of food is excellent, and there
are regular activities to keep the residents occupied. So happy that we found this gem of a home.

Resident in home is my sister.
The staff are all lovely and caring, dealing with dementia must be difficult. As you know they get aggressive at times, but all carers in this home know how to deal with it. She has two favourites, who she seems to smile a lot for. Management good deal with any problems
straight away.

Mum moved into Woodland Court on the 3/8/24. Everyone was so nice and kind to her, she settled so well, I was a little bit worried about her settling but I need not have worried. All the staff are wonderful, very helpful and excellent with the residents. If you have any problems or questions you need
to ask the management are always ready to help. I cannot fault Woodlands Court it is a wonderful home.

Dad is very well cared for. I am always impressed on how sensitively the staff care for him and how they let him stay as independent as possible. I have stayed at Woodland Court for lunch with dad and the food has been delicious.
Woodland court is a lovely place and I know that dad is safe and valued

Mum has been here for over 4 years now and is very happy. She tells anyone who visits her that it is the best place to be if you can't stay in your own home. The staff are fantastic, the food is delicious, and I am really well looked after. It is a relief to know that she is so happy, and I don't have

Woodland Court is very homely and friendly. It has a very relaxed atmosphere. Mum has been here for 2 and a half years, and I cannot fault the care she has received. She can be loud and awkward at times, but the staff cope with her amazingly well. The food is really good as well! I would highly recommend.

Mam has been a resident at Woodland Court for near on 6 years now, in all that time, the care has been outstanding. As her illness progresses the staff still treat her with respect and patience, even when she is being difficult or is agitated. I know she is safe, secure and cared for. Since the new
manager has taken over, I have seen positive changes in the home.

I find Woodlands Court a wonderfully warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff. The general atmosphere is one of big happy family. Beyond obviously, the people making Woodlands the building too appears to further enhance the kind caring and loving atmosphere. The endearing nooks and
crannies of the building add to this feeling. I also like the fact that new items- paraphernalia regularly appear- arty and interesting which no doubt stimulate positively the minds of the residents. The food is good too! All in all a wonderful place!

The staff here are fantastic, Mum's condition is such that she can be very difficult, and violent even at times but the staff are so patient and caring to her. I am so grateful that she is in this care home.

Sammy has been working in care since 2003. She joined us as Senior Carer and worked her way up to become the Deputy Manager in 2019. and then Manager in 2024. Sammy’s aim is to make a positive difference in people’s lives, which includes both residents and colleagues. Sammy has completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care and aspires to be part of an “Outstanding” service.
