My mother is very happy here and settled very quickly. There are lots of activities during the week and she always has someone to talk to. All her needs, including appointments with nurses and doctors, are covered.

The staff at this care home are lovely, they show genuine warmth and friendship to my dad. My dad is always clean and dressed nicely and his room is also clean too. This care home has fewer activities and less opulent menus than other more expensive places, but knowing my dad appreciated banter more
than these things, it was the right choice for him.
It is always tough moving into a care home but within a week he was less stressed than he had been in a few years.
That was 14months ago.

My Mum's overall health has improved greatly since moving to LawnBrook last year. The staff are dedicated and caring and always have time for her. She often tells me that if she's having trouble sleeping at night, they will bring her a cup of tea and sit and have a chat with her which I find most reassuring.
Praise too for the management, nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff and management give their support not just to Mum but to me and my family as well which I greatly appreciate as it's been a difficult time for us all emotionally. I feel content knowing that Mum is in a clean, warm and friendly environment being well fed and well looked after.

In the past year, we have seen the transfer of ownership and the gradual improvements undertaken in Lawnbrook. They have been achieved with little disturbance to the residents and fully explained and residents fully reassured if any inconvenience, ever unavoidably, incurred around them.


When this

care home was chosen in October 2015, it was because of the Management team and their understanding of our friend - his health and his change of circumstances of moving out of his own home - completely new life style. Also, in the past year, there has been a change in the Management staff and we are very happy just how quickly the change became the reassuring 'norm' again. With the Manager and Assist' Manager and their amazing support team we are looking forward to 2017 and continuing working together to the happiness of our dear friend. Since the new manger arrived, the medical welfare has improved and daily care increased too.

My dad had to go into care after a very trying time at home. Emotionally, it was a very hard time for us, we found a home that dad calls his home as he is very happy there. He has a great room, it's always clean and tidy, fresh towels in the bathroom daily, bedding always fresh. Dad is always clean
shaven and well looked after. The food is amazing always freshly cooked. The choice is very good, this is so important as dad just loves his food. The staff are the best, very friendly - nothing is too much trouble.
They keep me informed about everything, they've been a power of strength for me as well, such a busy home and they all do remarkably well. I'm in healthcare myself so I know the pressure they're under. They do a lot of activities. My dad's health and wellbeing has improved so much.
So I know my dad's last few years are going to be good, fulfilled and safe, and that I thank the whole team at Lawnbrook. Everyone there seems to work so well as a team, my dad and I love them all.

Peace of mind knowing that my mother is being looked after and cared for in homely surroundings. Very lovely caring staff who genuinely care for the residents. A good variety of food, which is cooked well. There is a daily entertainment programme. Very clean home, keeping the place smelling sweet, so

Joined: 2021

After moving to the UK from India to pursue my Master’s in Public Health, I transitioned into the health and social care sector. Prior to this, I was a registered pharmacist in India.


In 2021, I joined Lawnbrook as a Senior Carer and was promoted to Head of Care in February 2022. Most recently, in 2025, I was appointed Acting Manager.


My leadership style is centred on empowering my team and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. I am deeply committed to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care to all residents. I am particularly passionate about building a strong team culture, helping staff work to the full extent of their skills and training, and continuously adapting to evolving models of care.


Outside of work, I am very family-oriented. I enjoy spending time with my family, managing my children’s busy schedules, and making the most of our days out together. I also have a strong interest in cooking, which I find both creative and relaxing.
