My mum was taken into Greenacres nearly 5 years ago. She had vascular dementia, and was very trying in the first few years, and not so bad towards the end, but still hard work.

I cannot praise the home enough, their care and compassion has been constant and for that I'm eternally grateful. They took over from me when it became too difficult to deal with her.

Choosing Greenacres was the best decisions we have made. My mother is without question happy! She always looks clean, relaxed and comfortable no matter what time I visit.

The staff are so kind and friendly and are always able to answer any questions I may have or find out the answer for me. My mum is receiving 5-star care by the best people for the job that we could have chosen.

Quantum staff were very helpful in our search for a care home in Hertfordshire. In particular, we are indebted to management in Greenacres for their assistance and offer of a place in a local home where we felt the staff were caring, happy and flexible. We have been pleased with our choice and appreciate how welcome we are made to feel when visiting. The staff are always supportive of our requests and we feel mum is happy with her room, the staff and the way of life offered. We trust staff, who work with us.

I am so happy my aunt is now settled in the home and is very happy there. I couldn't have picked a better place if I'd done it myself. The people who work here are marvellous and go the extra mile! Nothing is too much trouble for them.

My Auntie was a resident at Greenacres for just over a year. Unfortunately, she had to move to a nursing home. We found the staff at Greenacres a truly dedicated team. My Auntie was treated like an extended family and the carers took the time to get to know my Auntie and their life story, their family and visitors. There are many varied activities at the home. Meals are cooked fresh daily and my Auntie's diet was catered for. I would recommend this home.
