The Home operates protected meal times between 13.00 until 14.00, due to the importance of good nutritional intake for the residents.
Restricted parking outside the property from 10.00 until 11.00 and again at 16.00 until 17.00, however, available parking on the forecourt. If difficulty is experienced in finding a space please speak to a member of staff.

Victor joined the Benslow Care Home group as the Home Manager of Highbury Rise in November 2024 and has demonstrated his vast experience since his arrival, from his coaching and mentoring of staff to the person-centred care delivery for people residing in Highbury Rise.
Victor has worked across the health and social care sector in residential older people homes, domiciliary care and a specialised neurological unit and has been a Registered Manager before joining us.
Victor is working with his team to provide the highest quality of care and he is an advocate for embracing change and believes in openness, learning and development.
Victor and his team strive to maintain a happy calm environment, caring for staff and people residing at Highbury Rise with dignity and respect. Victor has an ‘open door’ policy and welcomes families, representatives and friends to come in and see him at any time.
Job Title: Engagement Coordinator

We have a dedicated Engagement Coordinator, Kirsty, who has designed a varied program of activities and events suitable for all of our residents to enjoy. There are regular visits from the local reverend, as well as weekly visits into town, or out for a pub lunch. A host of community-based groups visit us to either chat, perform or read with our residents.
