Overall Experience

The staff are welcoming, friendly and above all competent. Mum has been at Highbury for almost 3 years. The challenges faced by both resident and carers can be as pleasant as they can be extreme. The home functions effectively and efficiently and always strive to improve. Peace of mind for our family is 100% The bedrooms are small but still practical and the home is undergoing refurbishment to a good standard. Food is excellent, homemade. Well done Highbury.

Overall Experience

Highbury Rise is a very caring place with a dedicated and professional staff team doing their very best for the residents. My mother has received excellent care over the last 20 months since arriving at Highbury Rise. She has been treated with dignity and respect. The staff team seems very settled, which is great, and there is a lovely, homely feel to the place. Everyone works with good humour.
