I love Anson Court. The staff here are wonderful often working well beyond the call of duty. They have become like an extended family for me, and I am delighted they are looking after my mum.

My mother has been very happy the last 2 years she has been here. Her care has been excellent. The carers have been wonderful and we have always been updated with any problems that may have arisen. As a family, we are reassured that she is safe, happy and healthy.

The meal in the café cooked by the chef was top marks. Could not grumble at all. The chicken was so very tender. Starter fabulous and pudding ace. We have come here since it starter and gets better each year.
The staff at Anson Court continually go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and wellbeing of my mother. Since being at the home there have been opportunities to join in regular activities and outings, which has had a positive impact on Mum's mental and emotional health. I am kept informed and am treated like one of the family when I visit. I'm so pleased Mum is in their care.

It would be beneficial for the home to have its own transport for the residents so they could have more outings, perhaps enlisting the help of relatives and volunteers.
The dinner experience was wonderful, the food was very nice and enjoyable, the tables were very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You could tell all the people at the dinner enjoyed it. It was a wonderful chance to have dinner with relatives. Thank you.

I came with my family for a three-course meal at the dining club. The setting was beautiful, the food was incredible and everything was very prompt. The staff who looked after us were lovely. I will definitely come again.

As an experienced Home Manager, people are especially important to me, and I love seeing the difference that training, development and praise make in the lives of our colleagues, who in turn make our residents safe and happy.
I've worked in several different roles within residential, nursing, dementia and palliative care and my goal is to provide the best quality of life for our residents and a happy environment for our staff.
I strongly believe that diversity can be very positive and each member of the team has a quality to bring to the table that helps us provide the best possible care for our residents.
The Deputy Home Manager shares responsibility with the Home Manager for running the home. Deputy Manager’s will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Home Managers are capable and driven to providing the best of everything for their residents.
I enjoy working at Anson Court and it gives me great pleasure to see our residents enjoying the freshly prepared meals produced by me and my team.
I have worked for Quantum Care for many years and have progressed to the role of Housekeeping Manager. This is a role that I really enjoy; it is rewarding to know that I can make a real difference in our residents' lives. I also pride myself on making sure the home is safe and secure for all those who live and work at Anson Court.
