They are always without fail so friendly and caring. . My mum loves it there and is very happy. I'm so grateful we chose old Charlton House out of the many that we visited . It's a pleasure to visit my mum there and see her happy and have a cup of tea and a chat with her carers. A wonderful place.

I highly commend Old Charton House. The Home is beautiful and always very well presented. The staff are always friendly and attentive to any questions I may have and also to the care they give to my mother. My mother is very happy and settled and has never wanted to leave since first entering. She loved her interaction with the residents, when she was more able, but really enjoys the interaction with all the members of staff. They treat her with great dignity and always make her laugh, and laugh at her sense of humour.
