The home goes above and beyond to look after my mother. They also support us as a family. It is always clean and tidy.

The food looks lovely, especially the puddings. I recommend them to people who are in the same situation. The staff and management always make you feel welcome, whatever time of day you visit.

Overall Experience
My cousin who is suffering from immobility and dementia seems happy enough with her situation at Old Charlton and always replies positively when asked about her life there.
She enjoys joining in the activities in the afternoon and is quite happy to listen to classical music in her room at the time.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

The Old Charlton has a most relaxed and homely atmosphere.
