Mum moved into Blair Park in July 25 & I've found the care home to be quite ideal, it's clean, tidy & importantly to me, they have a really great team of friendly, caring & helpful staff. There are lots of fun activities & outings to occupy residents, mum has made some nice friends, has a nice en suite room, is well kempt & eats well. With my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend!

As soon as I looked round Blair Park I knew my mother would settle in well. The staff are very friendly and the manager is always on hand if needed. My mother has a lovely room with bathroom facilities which is kept clean and the entertainment put on is brilliant.

My father is well cared for at Blair Park and thanks to the staff he settled in very quickly. The staff have always gone above and beyond with caring for him, I frequently visit the home and I've always seen him and others looking well cared for. Plenty of activities are organised and the outdoor area is well kept.

We moved our dad to Blair Park as his dementia advanced too much to be looked after at home and are really pleased with the choice we made. Since being at Blair Park I have noticed that he is being very well cared for by an excellent team of staff, is interacting well with others and is eating much better.

The staff team at Blair Park are excellent. Everyone from the management to the housekeeping all do such an important job in keeping people safe and well cared for. My mum has been at Blair Park for sometime now and i've always been satisfied with the care given to her. The food always looks appetising and the activities team do a great job in getting as many people involved in activities and events as possible.

Blair Park was recommended to us and it hasn't disappointed. My mother is well cared for and happy at Blair Park and I wouldn't want her to have gone anywhere else. The staff are all caring and compassionate with someone always around to talk to if needed and my mother enjoys all the food which is prepared fresh.

The staff at Blair Park have been courteous, polite and caring towards my Mum. Whenever I visit her she is always dressed well with her hair combed nicely. The garden patio area is a lovely addition to Blair Park as it is secure and allows people to go outside to enjoy the fresh air and the lady who organises the entertainment does her best to include everyone in the entertainment and activities put on.

Whenever I visit my mum I've always found her well care for. The staff at Blair Park do a fabulous job and are always courteous and professional toward my mother and myself. The facilities and activities are good, with there being plenty going on within the care home and there is a great safe outside area for people to go into to enjoy the warmer weather.

Since my mother arrived at Blair Park she has gained a new lease of life. She was very isolated at home, but since moving into Blair Park she has been able to socialise and interact more with others which has done her the world of good. The staff are kind and compassionate towards my mother and her room is always kept tidy.

We have nothing but praise for Blair Park and the care Mum has received since moving to the home in May 2024. We were expecting the transition to be very fraught with a lot of resistance on her behalf but she was eagerly welcomed and settled very quickly.
She enjoys the numerous activities that take place and loves all the staff who are always compassionate towards the residents and are always happy to speak with residents relatives about activities that they have taken part in
Senior members of staff are always happy to speak with you about any concerns and appropriate actions are quickly instigated

I would certainly recommend Blair Park

My experience of Blair Park Care Home has been second to none. Since my father moved into Blair Park in March 2024, I have been very impressed with all aspects of the care he has received. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure that his needs are met and he is really happy there. His accommodation is tastefully decorated, modern, bright and homely; it is always immaculate and spotlessly clean which is down to housekeeping. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming when I visit and staff really care about the residents, who are always treated with dignity. Staff, including the management, team are very approachable and their door is always open to speak to me if needed. The activity team are always seeking out new activities for the residents to partake in and there are daily activities that everyone can join in with, if they wish. Blair Park is an amazing place and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Our experience with the team at Blair Park has been very professional, empathetic and efficient towards the care that my Mother has received whilst being a resident since June 2023. I feel relaxed regarding her safety and security. The team really care about the welfare of the residents. There is a good routine for meal times and the food that is served seems to be to her liking. Her room is decorated well and comfortable. The car parking has just been improved, which has made it easier when I visit my mother. The activities that she does get involved in she enjoys e.g. the sponsored walk last September. I would recommend Blair Park Care Home to provide a service to any other relatives without hesitation.

Mum has been at Blair Park Care Home for over three years now. Throughout the whole period of Mum's stay, her care has been excellent. They understand her little quirks and roll with them, whilst still ensuring that she is safe and happy.
During Mum's time here there have been substantial improvements to the fabric of the home. There are activities during the day and everyone is encouraged to join in. We are able to visit or take her out whenever we wish without prior arrangement. Food is very good, there are choices for the main meals. Drinks, both hot and cold, are plentiful and fluid intake levels are carefully monitored.

I like the regular family meetings which are held so that we know the next big thing planned at Blair Park and also, who the key staff are. I had concerns when Mum first moved in but there was always someone to speak to and reassure me. This reassurance continues as her dementia progresses. Thank you to everyone there.

What can we say about this care home, little gem in Milton Regis? My mother-in-law had only been in there since 1at September 2023 and the staff cared and looked after her fantastically in the short time that she was there, they went above and beyond with every part of her day by day care. Always plenty of activities and events for patients and staff. Not once did she complain about moving in, they made her feel as if she was part of a family.

Mum has been at the home now for more than four years. Staff have always been considerate and helpful, with Mum's care at the forefront.
A special mention to the events team who go above and beyond to make the residents inclusive.
Mum enjoys the food, which is always of a very high standard.
Mum's room is one of the last to be renovated, even so, it is always tidy and clean.

Thank you to all the team.

My mum has been at Blair Park since October 2022 and the staff have always been helpful and supportive. As Mum's needs have changed, staff have adapted their care and ensured that she is happy, well fed and personal care met. The management team are always available for a chat to check on how she is doing and are approachable and ready to listen.
The meals provided for her are varied, plentiful and she has a choice at all meal times, she is also provided with snacks and drinks throughout the day and a well-needed ice cream or lolly during the hot weather. Her room is always clean and her clothes are washed daily.

The entertainment staff provide activities daily and she is always encouraged to join in. Local entertainers visit and birthday celebrations are promoted. Trips out planned for different residents, this month 7 residents went to a local farm which was very well planned and last Saturday they held a Dementia walk and many residents were enabled to join in with the help of staff.

All my concerns about my mum going to live in a care home disappeared when she moved into Blair Park last year. Mum settled in very well. The room she was in was clean, bright and with all her personal things around her, looked lovely.
The management and all the staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. They are always happy to chat at any time about Mum. They all work really hard to meet the needs of all the residents. I visit most days and the residents are always content and the staff always greet me with a smile and a cup of tea.
The residents can join in with a large range of fun activities and outings organised by the entertainment coordinators.
The kitchen staff provide delicious homemade meals. Also tea, coffee and treats throughout the day. Everybody is catered for.
The cleaning and laundry staff work very hard to maintain a very high standard at all times.

I cannot praise Blair Park enough and would highly recommend it as a happy, secure place for your loved one.
