I can't thank the team of staff at rosewood enough for the work they do in caring for my mum, they treat her like family for which I'm always grateful for. The staff are polite, friendly and seem like they want to be there. My mum can be a picky eater however they really do go out of their way to prepare
something that she would like and the in-house activities coordinator does a great job sorting out events and activities for people to take part in.

Charing House has a very homely atmosphere about it and does truly feel like a home from home. The staff always do there best to care for my mother which at times isn't easy due to her care requirements but they are always very patient and ensure she gets the care she needs. The food always looks appetising
and her clothes are kept neat and tidy.

My father is well cared for at Blair Park and thanks to the staff he settled in very quickly. My mum moved into park view from London just a couple of months before Covid hit us all, she lived there right up un till May 2025 where sadly her needs got worse and she is now living in a nursing home, she loved it there she really did, and we as a family were very happy with parkview. All the staff
were lovely caring kind compassionate. The home is clean and tidy and mum had a lovely room. We were very sad when she had to leave. I would recommend this care home to anyone.

Woodside Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I chose Woodside from a selection of 5 Care Homes for a few good reasons. It looks Smart, has a good position, the cost per month acceptable, the staff--when I arranged to view--were polite, helpful and informative. Dad first arrived at Woodside after a period spent in hospital, he was suffering from
mild dementia and prostate problems which meant he had to have regular catheter and bag monitoring. After a few weeks he looked so much better and his physical health and well-being improved due to the continued care and friendship and of course the good food. Dad was there for nearly 2 years and I know that the staff were deeply saddened by his death. My thanks to everybody at Woodside for making his time with you so effectual.

Whenever I've visited my mum at Charing House she always looks well cared for. The staff are very caring and approachable, should I have any queries about how my mum is getting on I'd have no hesitation in speaking to the managers knowing that they'd be able to sort things out which gives me great confidence.
My mum's room is kept clean and tidy and the staff make sure mum eats and drinks enough.

I stayed at Hillbeck for 2 and half weeks for respite care following a stay in hospital. During my time here it has opened up a whole new world to me on how the care system works and the care that people receive. Having read and seen reports of what happens in care homes I have not seen anything that
resembles this kind of care within Hillbeck. The food has been amazing and if you don't like what's on the menu there is plenty of other choice and nothing is to much trouble. The house keeping team is excellent and everything is always clean and tidy. Everyone here at Hillbeck is very friendly and accommodating.

It was a big move for my father to go into a care home, however from the moment he arrived at Rosewood the care he has received has been second to none. The staff are wonderfully supportive towards my father which is evident from his appearance every time I see him and the manager has been incredibly
