Mum had been resident at the Oast for nearly three years and sadly passed away in June. In all that time at the Oast Mum has received the most wonderful and attentive care right up to the end. I have the highest praise for all the staff, every single one, and cannot thank them enough for making Mums final years so comfortable and treating her with dignity and respect especially in the final days of her life.

Thank you Team Oast, you are the real reason that your care home is so highly regarded.

I am very happy with the decision of choosing The Oast as the care home that is looking after my Mum. Myself as well as the rest of our family feel very reassured that she is receiving the best care possible by a very dedicated group of care staff. The meals are plentiful as well as varied and there is a wonderful outside area for people to spend time in.

The staff are fantastic and very attentive to my mothers care needs. At The Oast they really do take the proper time to care for people and not just rush. There is a jolly atmosphere with entertainment being arranged and the home is always well presented and clean.

The Oast has been fantastic in looking after my dad since the day he moved in. The manager and all her staff are supportive and friendly and keep me up to date on if there are any changes in my dads general health. Dads room as well as the other communal areas are clean and the staff do their best to accommodate any activities my father likes to do.

Lovely care home. My friend had a short stay in December/January and it suited her extremely well. The Manager was possitive and very helpful as were the caring staff. Her rooms was large and comfortable.

I can recommend Oast as an ideal care setting.

The staff are the greatest asset at The Oast and are the reason my Mum has settled in so well. The staff are friendly and professional whenever I visit and can't fault the compassion they show and give to her. Her clothes are taken care of and kept in a clean and tidy order and the food is lovely with the chef cooking a variety of homemade dishes.

Mum has settled in really well at The Oast. It wasn't an easy transition moving from her house into care but the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure she has settled in well. She's made friends with other residents living at The Oast and her room is spacious and kept very clean.

I couldn't been happier with the support and care my mother has received so far at The Oast. Moving into a care home wasn't an easy move for her, however the support the staff give her has significantly improved her day to day living. The manger's are very supportive and the food is delicious.

You never know how a loved one will be once they move into a care home environment, but I must say the staff team at The Oast have made the whole process very smooth. The staff helped arrange Mum's room with her furniture, clothes etc. and the care she has received to date has been brilliant. Her room had been freshly decorated and the cook does a great job in making sure there is something Mum will enjoy eating.

My Mum received exemplary care and understanding from all the staff at The Oast Care Home. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and respectful towards her. This resulted in my Mum feeling relaxed and confident enough to join in the activities organised for the residents which were both varied and stimulating. The food was appetising and served with a smile. Cleanliness was given high priority. All of our family were treated with kindness when we visited which was most appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend this well-run, caring home to any potential residents.
