Review from Charles M (Son of Resident) published on 11 January 2017 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
I feel that my father is very well cared for indeed, and that all the staff are very caring, very friendly, and entirely accommodating in every way. They all seem natural carers, and they are invariably well informed about my father's particular needs. It must take special people, to do all that they do, and to always remain cheerful, which I think is a very important factor. The staff never seem to complain, although there must be plenty that they could complain about, and they have natural instincts for what is best for my father, both physically and mentally.
The home is always very clean, and nice and light everywhere.

As visitors, we are always made very welcome, which also makes a big difference.

Overall Experience

Mum is happy in the care home, which offers a caring and courteous atmosphere. Residents are respected and their opinions listened to, and there is a lot of interaction and conversation between the care team and residents on an informal basis, not just when care tasks are being carried out.
