Review from A G (Daughter of Resident) published on 21 December 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

A very welcoming, friendly, caring and happy home. My mum has been at Sheerwater House for just over two years. I was very apprehensive about her going into a care home as I was unable to care for her any longer. Within a few weeks of her being there, I felt very sure that I had done the right thing.

Having used this care home for both my sister and sister-in-law I have been impressed by the care extended to residents and their relations. The staff treat the residents with care and dignity and there is a calm atmosphere at all times.
