Hi Richard, Thank you for reviewing our home and staff so positively - it certainly is a difficult situation for all the family when its clear a loved one needs support but we are so pleased you and your father both feel he is in the best possible place with us at Wey Valley House - fingers crossed we can get back to some form of normality at some stage soon so he can get back to enjoying the short walk along the riverside into town.
Hi Margot,
Thank you for taking the time to review our team at Wey Valley House - we really do understand how awful the current situation is for families with vulnerable loved ones and our hearts go out to you! We desperately hope we will be allowed to get back to a form of normality in the not too distant future but in the meantime, our team at Wey Valley House will always be on hand to support both you and your mum throughout this and beyond. Thanks again for your kind words. It means a lot to our team as they are so passionate about providing the best possible care for everyone they look after.
Best wishes from all at Wey Valley House.

Given the degree of negative press that some Care Homes attract it is reassuring to find one that truly delivers for the benefit of both its residents and their families.
