Private car park out front with limited visitor spaces. Please call ahead if you are travelling by car and the home will do their best to accommodate you. Parking in front is not always guaranteed. If you are not able to park in the car park there is a reasonable amount of on-road parking nearby.

The home itself is beautifully decorated and well maintained, and everyone there highly praises the food provided.
My mum spent her last few days being loved and cared for by all at Willow Lodge, I cannot thank you enough for not only your care of Mum but the support for us during this sad time.
I would recommend you to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved ones to be cared for.

Aimee began her journey in the health and social care sector in 1998 and has worked in every role along the way to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of quality care. She became a Registered Manager with the CQC and joined Willow Lodge in 2020. Since then, she has proudly led a dedicated team committed to delivering person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. Aimee holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, among various other qualifications.
Under her leadership, residents live well with dementia and enjoy a rich variety of entertainment and meaningful activities tailored to their needs and interests. Aimee always welcomes visitors and is happy to answer any questions and show people around the home.
Kelly joined Willow Lodge in 2024 as Deputy Manager following a 29-year career in the NHS, which began in 1995. She is passionate about promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for every individual. In her role, she plays a key part in day-to-day operations, staff development, and quality assurance, while supporting the Registered Manager. Kelly holds a Level 4 with RMA in Adult Health and Social Care and enjoys continuously developing her knowledge.
Donna serves as the Administrator and PA to the Manager at Willow Lodge. She brings a strong background in commercial management and transitioned into care administration, a role she finds incredibly rewarding.
Donna supports the Manager in achieving the home's vision and is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers. She values continuous training and is proud to be part of a friendly and dedicated team.
Katie has over 13 years of experience in dementia care, having started in 2012. She supports the management team to ensure the smooth running of the care floor, supervises and mentors staff, and ensures that each resident’s needs are met. Katie is passionate about creating a supportive and positive environment for both residents and her team. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her daughters.
Julie has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, starting her career in 2003. She has been at Willow Lodge since 2022 and thoroughly enjoys her role as Head Housekeeper. Julie supervises a dedicated team to ensure the home is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She manages infection control and performs regular audits to uphold high standards and maintain compliance. Julie takes great pride in creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents.
Meghan works as a Senior Carer at Willow Lodge, where she collaborates closely with her team to meet residents’ individual needs. She enjoys engaging with relatives and working in partnership with professionals to deliver person-centred care. Meghan takes pride in reviewing care plans and is always seeking opportunities to enhance the quality of care. She values the 'home from home' ethos fostered by the management team and finds each day rewarding.
Max joined Willow Lodge after transferring from another care provider in 2024. Since his arrival, he has been promoted to Senior Carer—a role he embraces with pride. Max is passionate about learning and committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference in residents' lives.
Cary entered the care sector later in life and has embraced the journey wholeheartedly. Since joining, she has gained valuable experience and recently completed his Level 2 Apprenticeship in Adult Health and Social Care. Cary is proud to be part of a team that benefits from continuous training and support, helping her to provide the best possible care to residents every day.
Alex is originally from Kerala, India, and moved to the UK in 2021, where he began his career as a Care Assistant at Willow Lodge. Since then, he has felt welcomed and supported by the team. With ongoing training and development, Alex has continued to grow in his role. He deeply values the residents and enjoys participating in the many fun activities offered at the home.
DJ has been with Willow Lodge since 2022, initially joining as a Care Assistant. With a passion and background in cheffing—including experience in a Dubai restaurant—he is now fulfilling his dream as the home's Chef. DJ enjoys preparing nutritious meals and is particularly fond of baking, always aiming to bring joy to residents through delicious food.
Brad has worked in care homes as a Kitchen Assistant since 2019 and joined Willow Lodge in 2024. He enjoys spending time with residents—chatting, singing, and sharing meaningful moments. Brad is particularly enthusiastic about contributing to menu planning and working closely with the chef to ensure meals are nutritious and enjoyable. Outside of work, he enjoys long walks with his dogs and playing football.
With over 25 years of experience in the care sector, beginning in 1999, Venus has held a variety of roles, including Senior Carer, Mental Health Counsellor, and working with SEN children in a special education setting.
She now serves as the Activity Coordinator at Willow Lodge, where she focuses on delivering engaging and meaningful activities that support residents’ emotional and physical well-being. Venus enjoys music-based activities and local outings and is a big fan of Pink Floyd, concerts, and rugby in her spare time.
