Willow Lodge specialises in dementia care for up to thirty-nine adults, through a service kept regularly updated by strict training procedures, aspiring to modern standards and industry developments. Willow Lodge maintains a homely and stress-free general atmosphere.

Relatives are continually kept informed of any developments in their loved ones' condition and health professionals are consulted to make sure any individual requirements are included in the service.

Tucked away on the Hampshire shore of Chichester harbour, the village of Southbourne, near Emsworth is an ideal location to enjoy life from.

This large, well-looked-after house is full of character. It feels and looks homely and offers large well-proportioned rooms and ample landscaped gardens. It’s a rural setting but not a remote one. The village centre is a short stroll away, the coast a little further, but near enough to enjoy the fresh sea air.

Willow Lodge, in my opinion, is 100%. I have had my mind put at rest that when I leave mum she gets exceptional care. The staff are amazing, caring and treat the residents with utmost respect. I'm so glad we found such a wonderful home to take care of mum.

First class care, friendly, immaculately clean. The carers are amazing and kind and very supportive not only to residents but to the families of residents too. I have felt so at ease knowing that my mum is cared for properly and with love and compassion.

She became a Registered Manager with the CQC and joined Willow Lodge in 2020. Since then, she has proudly led a dedicated team committed to delivering person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. Aimee holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, among various other qualifications.


Under her leadership, residents live well with dementia and enjoy a rich variety of entertainment and meaningful activities tailored to their needs and interests. Aimee always welcomes visitors and is happy to answer any questions and show people around the home.

Kelly joined Willow Lodge in 2024 as Deputy Manager following a 29-year career in the NHS, which began in 1995. She is passionate about promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for every individual. In her role, she plays a key part in day-to-day operations, staff development, and quality assurance, while supporting the Registered Manager. Kelly holds a Level 4 with RMA in Adult Health and Social Care and enjoys continuously developing her knowledge.

With over 25 years of experience in the care sector, beginning in 1999, Venus has held a variety of roles, including Senior Carer, Mental Health Counsellor, and working with SEN children in a special education setting.


She now serves as the Activity Coordinator at Willow Lodge, where she focuses on delivering engaging and meaningful activities that support residents’ emotional and physical well-being.
