The care at Willow Lodge is second to none, the staff have always gone above and beyond to facilitate and accommodate myself and my mother, who resides within the care home. By far the most caring service we have ever received. Thank you Willow Lodge.

The care was outstanding, and the home was set so beautifully. I felt like my mother was living in a five-star hotel, there is no place I would rather her of spent her last years.

We are so glad that we found Willow Lodge for Dad. He has recently passed away in the home very peacefully. During his year there we were so impressed with the care he received, and the atmosphere of the home. Many different kinds of challenging behaviour were dealt with kindly and with understanding of the conditions affecting people.

Overall Experience

Since my mother in law became a resident here at Willow Lodge, I have been more than happy with the care and welfare that has been given to her these last 18 months. All the staff and management have been pleased to help with any queries that we, the family, have had but they have been few and far between. Mother settled in very well, she has had good/bad days but the staff have met with all her needs in a friendly and professional manner. She is well fed and kept clean and tidy. Willow Lodge is well maintained, the décor and furnishings are all in very good order. When visiting, we the family, are also welcomed by the staff at all times.
