As a Charitable Trust and not-for-profit residential care home, Heathfield is committed to providing high-quality care at an affordable price. Unlike many commercial care providers, we have no shareholders or profits to distribute, allowing us to keep our fees as low as possible without compromising the quality of care we provide. Any surplus is reinvested directly into the home for the benefit of our Residents.
We believe that excellent care should be affordable, which is why our fees are deliberately kept competitive and compare favourably with many other residential care homes in the Horsham area. We also believe in complete transparency, with no hidden charges for the everyday services included in our weekly fees.
Our room rates include 24-hour on-site care and support, personal laundry a varied programme of activities and entertainment and organised outings, all at no additional cost. Through fundraising and generous donations, we are also able to provide selected outings and lunches for our Residents, free of charge.
Every bedroom has its own telephone and individual telephone number, enabling Residents to stay connected with family and friends both in the UK and overseas. All telephone calls, including international calls, are included in the weekly fee at no additional charge.
Visiting services, including our on-site hairdresser and chiropodist, are available at reduced rates and paid for directly by Residents. We can also assist with personal shopping, while everyday essentials are available to purchase at reasonable prices from our on-site Residents' Shop.
