I have the privilege of leading a short church service each month at Hollywynd. I am always impressed by the dedication and care shown by the staff towards the residents. The home is managed efficiently and there are a variety of activities on offer to residents. In particular, the ongoing invitation
for me to offer regular worship at Hollywynd, demonstrates the home's commitment to addressing the spiritual needs of the residents.

The staff are always welcoming on arrival and will show you where you need to go and who you need to see. The resident always looked well cared for and was involved in the activities going on in the home. The staff are always able to answer questions asked about the resident and were very helpful in
assisting us in buying items for her and having them delivered.

It has taken a few months to move my mother from her previous care home to Hollywynd Rest Home. Throughout the process, the manager of Hollywynd has been extremely approachable and supportive. Mum arrived at the home a couple of weeks ago and I am delighted at how well she has settled. The staff
have been wonderful, welcoming, gentle and kind. The atmosphere there is caring and very warm. Every time I have visited, I am greeted with a friendly face and offered a cup of tea. Nothing is too much for the staff. Mum has looked so much better since her arrival at Hollywynd. Thank you so very much for looking after Mum - you are all fab.

The home accommodated an emergency admission for my elderly mum. I’m so grateful, it was like all my worries disappeared instantly after I met the staff, I knew my mum was going to be well cared for.
The atmosphere of the home is lovely. There is a very homely feel and everyone living at Hollywynd
looked comfortable and well. The manager was very helpful and informative, the deputy manager was also very helpful and kind, she took care of my mum as soon as she arrived and made her feel welcome. I think all the staff are amazing individuals and I would strongly recommend the home.

Manager is pretty good and the staff are amazing. The owners are pretty good as well. It’s a happy place and very well looked after as are all of the residents. Food is very good and the entertainment is pretty good as well.

I have always received a warm welcome from the staff and management on arrival at the home and staff have been well informed about the current state of the resident I visit and can answer any queries about her unhesitatingly. The resident always looks well cared for and she is content and settled in
the home. The staff kindly offer a cup of tea to me and the resident when I attend for meetings, taking care to give a warm welcome to visitors. The management are approachable and helpful and show a high level of care for the residents. There are often activities going on when I arrive and residents are generally engaging with what is happening.
The home has a warm comfortable atmosphere - staff and residents alike seem happy and content.

All the staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly, totally amazing.
The meals were very nice as well with treats.
I only can say good things about this house that was my home and my family for four weeks.
I'm upset to be leaving but I have to do it. I will be in contact with some staff .

When I visit my mum the staff are always polite and helpful, nothing is too much bother for relatives visiting and residents.
The staff go above and beyond what they have to do and I haven't seen my mum so happy and looking well.

I have always been warmly welcomed and found Hollywynd to be very clean and comfortable. Usually, there is a cup of tea on offer. The staff are very attentive to residents. When my time comes I would be very happy to live here.

The care, patience, energy and humour that I witnessed by all the staff at Hollywynd Residential Home during my father's time there was exemplary. We felt blessed that we had found such a warm, generous home that treated all its residents as family. I will never forget the Friday afternoon with Elvis.
Dad and I laughed and sang and laughed again. Well done all!

My mother has never been in a care home and she is now 95.
She has been in Hollywynd for 12 weeks and wants to stay.
She says the staff are lovely and has made new friends.
She also enjoys the food very much, nice to see her happy.

My friend has been a resident in this care home for approximately one month following discharge from hospital. Since her arrival, she has settled quickly and by now is so content she has agreed to sell her bungalow and remain in residence - in fact, she has actually asked to stay on. On visiting her
I have observed that she looks cared for, well dressed and peaceful. I have also noticed that the manager and staff already know about her interests, pattern of life, dietary requirements etc. The home has a variety of activities which provide for her social and spiritual needs.

My mother has been a resident of Hollywynd Residential Home since March 2020. It is a lovely care home with great staff. She has mental health issues and can be difficult sometimes but the staff deal with her very well. There are regular entertainers and she gets her hair done every 2 weeks. She has
made lots of friends and really likes being there.

My husband has been resident at Hollywynd Residential Home for 10 weeks. During this time, unfortunately, his general health has deteriorated and I cannot thank management and staff enough for their caring attitude, helpfulness and general support they have given me and our family. I am unable to comment

I feel that my friend has been well cared for with great respect and dignity since becoming a resident of Hollywynd. As a regular visitor, I have always found all members of staff and management very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is always someone to talk to, to facilitate visits, and it feels
as if nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and I have no reservations in recommending Hollywynd to any future resident.
