Person-centred care is planned and delivered by long serving, trained, professional staff. The priority is to ensure residents’ dignity and choice is respected at all times. Carers endeavour to meet all the needs of residents, offering a home for life, well supported by local GP practices.

Activities in house as well as outings in a mini-bus are planned to suit all interests and abilities. The garden is easily accessible and enjoyed by all, including an array of house pets.

My mother has been at Lavender Lodge since November 2018, I have always found the staff friendly and attentive to all residents and visitors. Mum can be very difficult and obstinate at times but the staff take it all in their stride and deal with problems efficiently and cheerfully.
