Thanks for looking after our mum, mum in law, you have changed her for the better. We enjoy visiting her now. She is chilled. The staff are amazing and we thank you all. She is clean, happy in herself and in her dementia world. Today she called me by my name. Wow. We love that we can enjoy a cup of tea with her she loves the biscuits. Thank you all so much.

I am very happy with how my Grandad is looked after, the meals are always nutritious, he is always kept clean and tidy. A certain member of staff is very helpful and professional. The staff are very friendly. As a health worker myself I am very satisfied.

The home is always kept clean and we are always made to feel very welcome!

Staff are always approachable and caring. Can phone anytime to talk to my Brother or staff. My Brother is always happy and contented, he has a good relationship with staff. We, his siblings, are happy with the care and attention my Brother gets.

From all the times we have visited The Coach House me and my wife and daughter's would rate it first class. All the carers are very friendly and are looking after the residents with all the help and care one could. The home is always very clean and tidy and we cannot fault it in any way.

We visited a friend with dementia who went to stay at The Coach House last year. We were surprised to see how much better she looked, a better colour and has gained some weight. She seemed very content to be there and quite happy in her own way. We saw 5 staff whilst we were there and every one of them seemed very caring towards their charges. The senior care nurse was excellent. It seems a very happy place.

All the staff are good at looking after my father. He looks so well and I think if he was back home he would go back to looking so poorly.

My mum moved into the home with a range of complex illnesses and conditions.

All staff displayed kindness, compassion and support for Mum. I was confident that all her needs were fully met.

Staff were always engaging with family and all visitors. When additional medical assistance was needed, there was no delay in obtaining it. A friendly, well run premises with highly motivated staff.

Excellent friendly caring staff who actually care about the Service users.
I can relax knowing my Father is in excellent caring hands.
This is such an improvement on the previous care home and comes fully recommended by myself and my sisters.

The staff are always happy and look after the residents over and above the remit of their jobs. There is always someone to help and always someone to care.

Each time I visit the home I'm amazed at the dedication the staff provide to the residents. I've yet to see anyone ignored although the staff are under extreme pressure due to the demanding nature of the job. I must add how the Manager, always has her office door open for residents to discuss the personal needs. The home just gets better and better.
