Such a lovely care home. Dad has only been in two weeks and is looking so much better. Staff are both caring and friendly and try to include all residents in daily activities. Dad is eating well again - the food is very good with lots of choice. It really does feel homely and we are able to visit and have a meal with Dad whenever we want to. Everyone works so hard to keep the residents happy and healthy. Can't rate the home highly enough.

I can not rate this care home high enough. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Mum is so lucky to have you all to look after her. Nothing is too much trouble. Always kept in touch with Mum's medical needs. Well done and thank you for everything.

This care home is absolutely wonderful, after the sad loss of my sister (her daughter), I couldn't have wished for a better, caring and compassionate group of people to look out for her, she actually calls them her extended family. They went above and beyond to make sure that she had all the support she needed. Can't thank them enough.

This care home is simply the best. You all care for my Dad so, so well, I can’t thank you all enough. Fantastic care and amazing entertainment for all the residents. My Dad watches the football and the staff always puts it on for him, makes him cups of coffee when he's upset and sits with him. I know my Dad is safe and well looked after here.

Always made to feel welcome when visiting Dad. The staff go out of their way to make everything run efficiently and safely due to Covid-19 whilst keeping a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Love being able to see what our family member is up to via an online page and you can see how caring the staff are and how they go out of their way to ensure our family are loved and cared for when we are so far away.

I've rated this home previously in 2020 but wanted to update as it continues to offer such a high level of care to all of the residents and I feel this needs to be recognised. I follow them online and love seeing regular updates of activities that the residents have taken part in. My friend who resides in the home had a large bird feeding area built outside for her and other residents to enjoy, which she loved! The home offers a wide variety of activities and uses a person-centred approach in regards to this and other aspects of an individual's care. The residents look happy and content. The staff are kind, caring and accommodating and are very much like a second family to the residents. The food is great! The manager and deputy manager are amazing and offer staff support and learning paths to progress and this is very evident in the levels of care and support residents receive. If I ever had to reside in a care home I'd want to be in this one.

Wonderful staff, caring and respectful. I particularly like the innovative activities that are organised, and seeing the residents on Facebook is so wonderful. Everyone appears to really enjoy the activities and I feel very reassured to see my Dad’s smiling face on a regular basis. My Dad is also very happy and enjoys his life at the home and feels very well supported and content.

The room is just right for him, a good size with en-suite facilities which is so useful for him and he feels that the room is homely. I also appreciate the attention that is given to his medical needs, he is supported with attending physiotherapy and opticians and whatever he needs. The staff communicate regularly to keep me up to date with his medical problems which really helps to alleviate my anxieties. I also am very appreciative of the way staff go out of their way to help Dad to attend local events for example Remembrance Sunday, to ensure he is included in parades and able to meet old friends.

My aunt has only been in your care a short time and she has certainly settled in very well.
She is always very happy when we visit, telling us of all the great activities the home provides.
The management and staff always go that extra mile to make sure both my aunt and her visiting family are happy.

I can't thank them enough.

My grandma was cared for at King's Lynn Residential Home through the last years of her life till her death in December, and I cannot be more thankful that she was in such a good, caring environment. Her dementia made her a complex patient, but every single member of staff went above and beyond in kindness and compassion. Her wish to stay in her room was supported and respected, and I can't count how many times I visited only to find a member of staff taking time out of their hectic day to reassure and chat with her. During the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to provide safe contact, from window visits to video calls as the rules permitted. She adored the food, and if I had to go into a care home tomorrow, I would choose to go nowhere else. From management to carers, housekeeping to handyman, kitchen staff to everyone else I've forgotten, every single person there is truly doing a hard and demanding job giving the quality of care we would all wish for. Thank you!

Who would obviously prefer to be in their own home? But, for my father-in-law, this is no longer an option so he is in the next best place. The staff in this home are amazing ... professional and caring, treating the residents as if their own family. There is also a great management team monitoring the resident's well being and making sure everything they need is provided and standards are well maintained.

My mother was placed in Kings Lynn Residential Home following a lengthy stay in hospital after a fall at home. After a few weeks of adjusting to these new circumstances, she has settled in well, enjoying the food (lovely) and the activities. Staff are friendly, caring and accomodating as much as they can be.

My father had to go into respite care, he was welcomed and cared for with the utmost respect for the complete time of his visit. I was myself encouraged and assisted in supporting my father, even in this difficult time. The standard of care, food, and hygiene was matched by all levels of staff.

My mum was in a previous care home and was not looked after. We moved her to Kings Lynn Residential and have seen her change, she loves it there. The staff are amazing, they have all become friends. Cannot recommend the home enough. They are so friendly, attentive and truly care about their residents. My Mum summed it up, 'I love it here, it feels like my home'. Brilliant place.
