Kings Lynn care home is perfectly situated in the heart of Kings Lynn, just five minutes walk from both the mainline rail and bus stations.

The home is a purpose-built facility with all accommodation situated on one level for ease of access. It has homely touches, with recently decorated light and airy communal spaces and predominantly en-suite accommodation for the comfort of its residents. The home features a pretty, enclosed garden which is readily accessible and a mixture of small and large communal areas.

High quality short-term, respite or rehabilitation care or longer term support is available at the home. Residents enjoy a relaxing environment with good access to local amenities in the local community.

Freshly cooked, nutritious meals are provided, catering for any dietary needs and there is a full activities and wellbeing programme, including one-to-one activities personalised to each resident as well as group activities. The team at the home is keen to maintain close relationships with the local community, and supports residents to continue to be a part of the local community.

My aunt has only been in your care a short time and she has certainly settled in very well.
She is always very happy when we visit, telling us of all the great activities the home provides.
The management and staff always go that extra mile to make sure both my aunt and her visiting family are happy.

My grandma was cared for at King's Lynn Residential Home through the last years of her life till her death in December, and I cannot be more thankful that she was in such a good, caring environment. Her dementia made her a complex patient, but every single member of staff went above and beyond in kindness
and compassion. Her wish to stay in her room was supported and respected, and I can't count how many times I visited only to find a member of staff taking time out of their hectic day to reassure and chat with her. During the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to provide safe contact, from window visits to video calls as the rules permitted. She adored the food, and if I had to go into a care home tomorrow, I would choose to go nowhere else. From management to carers, housekeeping to handyman, kitchen staff to everyone else I've forgotten, every single person there is truly doing a hard and demanding job giving the quality of care we would all wish for. Thank you!

Who would obviously prefer to be in their own home? But, for my father-in-law, this is no longer an option so he is in the next best place. The staff in this home are amazing ... professional and caring, treating the residents as if their own family. There is also a great management team monitoring
the resident's well being and making sure everything they need is provided and standards are well maintained.

My mum was in a previous care home and was not looked after. We moved her to Kings Lynn Residential and have seen her change, she loves it there. The staff are amazing, they have all become friends. Cannot recommend the home enough. They are so friendly, attentive and truly care about their residents.
My Mum summed it up, 'I love it here, it feels like my home'. Brilliant place.

Every time we visit, my aunt is well presented and obviously cared for. Staff are always welcoming to us and kind to my aunt. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The home is a safe and comfortable environment, lots of activities and special touches. My children love visiting the "sweet shop" with
