I have been so happy with Mary Chapman. I NEVER worry about my aunties care. They are on top of everything. I visit at varying hours several days a week. The staff are attentive and on top of everything. I never could have imagined her care could have been so good. My auntie is so happy and comfortable there. She says the food is amazing. I don't stress or worry. I never worry when I have to go out of town for a while for work, as I know that she gets top quality care all the time. I live in the peace of knowing my mother would be so happy with the home I picked out for her baby sister.

Outstanding care with lovely staff who communicated clearly and consistently. Medication was administered safely with no issues. Staff were lovely and always went the extra mile to support mum and make sure she was happy and had everything she needed. They encouraged her to leave her room and participate with activities. They catered for her dietary needs and made her feel safe and listened to. Mum wants to go back as a day visitor as she enjoyed the activities. Fully recommend

We moved my mother into Mary Chapman Court a year ago, she spent three months in hospital prior to this, in this time we visited various care homes, non matched Mary Chapman, a year on our opinion has not changed. My mother is happy, she tells us so, mother has dementia and the staff care of her cannot be faulted. We know the staff and they know us, every visit someone will give an update on my mother, we recently had a holiday, leaving mum in the care of Mary Chapman gave us peace of mind.

My sister was admitted to Mary Chapman Court with a diagnosis of mixed Alzheimer's/vascular dementia. Initially, this was for respite accommodations that became residential and finally end of life care. Mary Chapman Court provided a very caring, empathetic environment at all stages. In order to provide a safe and happy end to a full life. I have no hesitation in recommending the whole team to others.

The staff at Mary Chapman Court are amazing, they are under new management and I have noticed a great difference in the staff morale. They truly are like a big family, you can see the team dedicated to the care of the residents. I happened to be there a day a resident had passed away and all the team gathered at the front entrance to say their goodbyes when they left the home, you could see every member of that team was sad to see a family member leave. I would highly recommend this care home if you're looking for a caring, happy and safe environment.

My mother moved into the home in September 2021 and the overall level of service and support has been excellent. From getting the room set up, putting up her pictures to adapting her care to manage her increasing fragility responsiveness has been excellent. Admin, management and care staff are all friendly and create a positive family atmosphere.

My dear mum passed away at the end of August last year. She spent 20 months in Mary Chapman Court. We found the team to be warm and friendly, a family style atmosphere from the manager and every single team member. They all played an important role in Mum being happy. The care received was excellent and respectful. My mum really enjoyed the singers and entertainment.mThe team were all very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. My Mum had craved skate and chips and the cook kindly said if I got some skate she would cook it. That really made Mum's day. The home is very clean and the food is very good.

If you are looking for a lovely care home for a family member or friend Mary Chapman Court is an excellent choice, you will not be disappointed.
