It was great to finally be able to meet my mum in person after not seeing her since February due to this pandemic. The visit was very well organised and mum was fully aware that we couldn't make physical contact but the meeting was 100% safe and the carer that needed to be present was very helpful.

I have put March as that was the last time I was allowed to visit, but it goes for all the time, I find all the staff very friendly and very helpful. My husband seems quite happy and content which makes me feel happier and not quite so guilty that I can't manage to look after him at home by myself. They always welcome me whatever time I visit. I would recommend them to anyone 100%.

My wife spent the last few months of her life being cared for within Redlands House. In the last few weeks, her symptoms of Alzheimer's rapidly deteriorated. The care and compassion by all staff at Redlands was exemplary and thanks to their diligence and care our children were able to say their last goodbyes to their Mum and I was able to spend our last few hours together. I cannot thank all of the staff at Redlands enough for the care, compassion and understanding of these last few months.

Since my mother became a resident in August 2019, the accommodation upgrade has steadily progressed. The staff are well trained and supported by senior staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, caring, considerate and respectful. Mother has a variety of social activities offered to her daily. She enjoys the meals.

I am very happy that mother is accommodated at Redlands House where she is safe, secure and she is contented. Many thanks to all the staff.

I was recommended to Redlands House by a friend as my husband and I were looking for some respite care over Christmas for my mother in law who is in the early stages of dementia. We were very worried at how my mother in law would cope staying away from home but the manager and staff at Redlands were so welcoming, kind and caring that she ended up enjoying her 2-week stay which made it so much easier for all of the family, knowing she was happy and well cared for. The room we were allocated was spacious and modern and every effort was made to make her feel "at home". We would definitely recommend this care home to anyone as it is clean, modern, bright and welcoming and the staff are all dedicated to the care and welfare of their residents. Thank you again to all the staff at Redlands.

I believe my wife is happy here and very well looked after, this can only be down to the staff. As my wife's ex-carer, I know she is in safe hands and this helps me enormously.

Wonderful care home - residents are superbly cared for as if they were the parent of the care home staff; treated with dignity, compassion and nurtured in an environment that can only get better under the guidance and leadership of the manager and regional manager. Redlands House is an example of how a care home should be - a positive rewarding experience, I cannot thank them enough.
