Just excellent all round! One criticism - there needs to be some chairs for visitors/relatives. Each time we visit there is not always somewhere to sit by my mum.
I think it's an excellent place for my wife. Well looked after. Only one problem, nowhere for visitors to sit.

We know that Mum is treated with compassion and respect at all times and that her needs and requests are always catered for. The staff are one big, happy family who together create a feeling of security and homeliness.
Senior staff and the management team are extremely approachable and supportive towards the family; we are always kept in the loop with regard to Mum's care and invited to engage in the many activities and events hosted at Carlton Hall.
The activities schedule is extremely varied, engaging and inclusive. The quality of decoration of the home and its surroundings are first class and the cleaners, maintenance team and gardeners do an excellent job of upkeep and development, consequently it is a pleasure to explore Mum's environment with her.
