Been visiting the home regularly for about 18 months and find everyone friendly and pleased to help. Our friend who lives at Davers Court has never looked better, more healthy, well looked after.

I would be very happy to recommend Davers Court to anyone whose elderly relative needs care. My mother was there for just over a year before she passed away peacefully at the age of 97. During that year mum was always cared for in a personal homely way. She couldn't have been better looked after. I visited daily and was always welcomed by the cheerful staff and saw nothing but happy, hardworking team of carers. They couldn't do enough for my mum and in her last hours sat with her and even came in on their day off to kiss her goodbye. They supported me too just when I needed it. A fabulous care home and highly recommended.

During the week's stay treated extremely well. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. My husbands stay was a great help prior to arranging care for him at home. Many thanks.

very caring, clean, bright comfortable rooms. Staff are excellent special thanks to the carers for all their care and attention and for treating my father with dignity and respect at all times. Staff were a pleasure to deal with front desk to cleaning staff. My father is an ex GP and we both agree that Davers Court is excellent and would not hesitate to recommend you and Care UK. Thank you so much

My husband was put into a hospital rehab bed straight from hospital at the home. He stayed about 4 weeks. I visited almost every day, sometimes with our dog and sometimes with my daughter. We were always made welcome.
We observed the care of my husband and were very impressed with the professionalism and detail of care. The staff were always kind and compassionate, showing immense patience and cheerfulness with my sometimes confused and grumpy husband.

The room was very nice with an en-suite. The home itself is very attractive with it's many special attractions ie. barber, cinema, coffee shop. I would recommend it.

Meet the Team (1)

Sophie Evans
Sophie EvansJob Title:Home Manager

I have over 14 years’ experience in the care sector, working my way up from a Care Assistant, and I joined Care UK in 2016.

I’m passionate about working with the team to make Davers Court the very best it can be. Residents are happy and well cared for; it’s great when one of them wants to tell me about something they’ve enjoyed doing that day, because if they’re happy, we’re happy.

I love leading the team to provide the best possible care and support colleagues internally to be the best they can be and develop in the same ways I have over the years to reach their career goals.

It takes the right people to make a house a home, and the Davers family are a true family home.
