We moved my father from his flat in London in April which was a difficult decision and one we were dreading having to do but he has settled into The Lodge incredibly well and is being looked after beautifully. He is happy and feels at home, the staff seem to be lovely. Very relieved that the move went
so smoothly.

This beautiful family feel home offers excellent support and care along with activities that stimulate and engage the people living there. The food is all home made with a good choice and lovely afternoon cakes. The gardens are amazing with some resident rooms overlooking the well maintained gardens.The
staff team are so kind and caring, making everyone feel welcome and the manager is always available to residents, families and volunteers.

I was very happy with the high standard of care my mother received, especially in her final weeks. Everyone was so kind, caring, friendly and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble even at busy times. I was always warmly welcomed and offered a cup of tea. Mum had enjoyed an active, social, independent
life before health problems slowed her down, so welcomed that side of the care she received. When mum's health started to decline, I was reassured that all end of life care was in place. It was a great comfort to me as mum passed peacefully away. The carers were so kind at this sad time.

My mother who has vascular dementia has been put into Woodbridge Lodge for assessment. The service and care provided by this home have been excellent. The manager and staff put in so much effort in keeping all the residents and their relatives they visit up to date on the care provided and the level
of support and the care given to my mother has made such a difference to her quality of life. This is truly a well run and excellent care home.

Very pleased with the level of care shown during this pandemic throughout the last year. As a family, we couldn't have wished for our Mum to be better looked after. My mum has dementia and needs 24/7 care. All the staff at Woodbridge Lodge are amazing. They have a great entertainment team and engage the residents in many different activities in which they all enjoy. The food is always of good quality at meals, and refreshments, tea and cake available throughout
the day. I would highly recommend Woodbridge Lodge.

Mum has had a difficult time recently due to her Alzheimer's, leading to a spell in hospital and a temporary stay at another home. When she moved in, the staff at Woodbridge Lodge were absolutely wonderful and made her (and me) feel so welcome. They took a real interest in her and she seems to be settling
in well. I've had regular updates on her progress, which is particularly helpful during this pandemic. They clearly have good strategies for dealing with her anxiety and I'm so grateful to be able to entrust her to their care.

My mum is a resident at Woodbridge Lodge, she is so well looked after and has started to join in with some of the activities. It is a very well run care home, she enjoys the food too.
I live a long way away but when I ring the staff are so reassuring and nothing is too much trouble for them.

My mother is now 101 and the care and attention she has had over the last 6 months of Covid-19 can only be described as outstanding. I am also very impressed with the communication between the home and myself. Every evening I have received a text confirming the home is free of Covid-19.

Most importantly, my cousin mostly seems happy and is treated with affection and respect by all the carers I have seen. The improvements I would like are - more activities in the home, especially painting; better dental care; more care over possessions e.g missing shoes etc; better use of the garden,
when appropriate.

My friend is well looked after and always kept nice and clean. The food is lovely and the staff are always coming round to see if she needs a drink. The home is kept clean and tidy. Woodbridge Lodge is a lovely place.

Very friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. There is a social atmosphere among the residents and there is no pressure on them. As a visitor, I am always made welcome. Woodbridge Lodge provided my mother with a lovely 100th birthday party.

Before coming to Kingsley in 2022, I was at another care home in Woodbridge as a social engagement leader. This was a similar position but in a much larger home; what I love about Woodbridge Lodge is that it is smaller home with a family orientated feel about it. We are fortunate to have a great, supportive staff team here and lovely residents and families. Outside work I run my own cake business from home and regularly participate in charitable evenings. I am married with two children aged 19 and 20, both at university.

Woodbridge Lodge is a beautiful home and I love my role as lifestyle coordinator, supporting our residents and making every day bright, different and interesting for them. I am very passionate about my job and what I do. Outside work, I enjoy taking part in charity running events with my husband and two children and also enjoy exploring the countryside.
