The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.

Since the short time my mother has been at Lehmann House I have seen a vast improvement in my mother's health and wellbeing. She has settled very well, this, in my opinion, is due to the extremely helpful management and staff who are very friendly towards my mother and the family and do an excellent job with her everyday needs.
