The staff are truly exceptional. They are the friendliest and most compassionate people I have come across, and it's clear that they genuinely care about every resident. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for them, and they go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, safe, and valued.
It was such a relief to see my mother treated with such kindness and dignity. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands gave us complete peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care for a loved one.

I find the Limes at Mellis a welcoming care home with a good atmosphere, also l like and appreciate the back outdoors. It has a large patio area with tables and pathway down to a meadow which my brother enjoys on a good weather day as unable to walk l can take him out in his wheelchair, he also...
When I visit as l said, the staff are very welcoming and always cheerful which is very uplifting. I like that they are very attentive in keeping residents content dealing with whatever their needs may be, be it a large or small situation.
They were excellent recently when my brother was unwell, they called a doctor in which then led to a few days in hospital.
My brother has put bird feeders outside so from his window he can watch all the birds that visit ( and there is a lot) so this does give him an interest.
