My Grandmother has been a resident at Beechcroft Residential Home for the last few years and is very happy with the service she receives. I always enjoy coming down to visit my Grandmother and I am always welcomed with open arms by all of the staff and offered a coffee to enjoy while having a catch-up.
The facilities are very clean and well managed. There is plenty of entertainment for all of the residents every day and the food is good. My Grandmother, who has just turned 96 always speaks very highly of the team who look after her and we both very much appreciate all of their hard work. I always feel that when I leave the home that my Grandmother is happy and being looked after which is a huge comfort considering her age. Well done Beechcroft and keep up the great work you all do!

My mother has been a resident of Beechcroft for 2 years and she is very happy there. The staff are all extremely professional and very kind to her. They are patient and caring and she loves them all. The manager and assistant manager are approachable and always find time for a chat or to sort out any
worries.
Lots of activities are arranged for the residents who want to take part and my mum always enjoys them. The food is good and they have a choice for most meals. There is always a happy atmosphere and lots of love around. I feel that I can relax knowing that mum is safe and well cared for and that is a huge weight off my mind.
