Our experience with Campania was all very positive . We found every single employee of the home caring and sympathetic with any issue we raised , nothing was too much trouble and any request we made was promptly dealt with. The only negative was having to pay full price to keep our loved ones place...
Our experience with Campania was all very positive . We found every single employee of the home caring and sympathetic with any issue we raised , nothing was too much trouble and any request we made was promptly dealt with. The only negative was having to pay full price to keep our loved ones place when he was in hospital. Staff still have to be paid in his absence but food and utilities were not being used and this needs to be deducted from the monthly fee. We would recommend Campania in a heartbeat and can't thank them enough for all their hard work and commitment with our relative we only hope that he will be able to return.
