Our brother has received excellent care and support since going into Serenita in Weston-super-Mare. he is happy in his surroundings and has good rapport wtih staff and other clients. As a family we are pleased with his progression from being extremely poorly to his functioning level now. Nothing but
praise for Serenita. Knowing that he is safe and happy gives us great peace of mind.

If it was not for this home, then my sister would of been dead in a gutter. She's been here a year and what a difference, my sister is back.
The staff are welcoming, friendly, and they have helped my sister get back on her feet and start thinking about her future.
This home has truly helped, not

Another year of excellent care of my son. He's always happy so we are too. Lovely staff and we feel welcomed. My son is encouraged to join all activities and enjoys them.

I have had a warm and welcoming experience at Serenita, all the staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotless and the food is second to none, any issues are dealt with promptly. Happy man. A small stall in the bedroom under the sideboard would be handy.

My son Elliott has been at Serenita for several years. The staff are amazing and tend to all his needs. Milan runs a friendly caring home and we are so lucky to have him. They are all Elliott's second family, I can sleep at night knowing how much he is cared for. Jane is also there when I need a chat

My brother is happy and looked after by all the staff. They are all extremely caring. My mum has been able to live a near as much normal life knowing Elliott is safe with no worries, as he is safe.

I have been at Serenita for nearly a year now and if I hadn't have come here when I did I believe I wouldn't be here now. The staff have been lovely and very good to me giving me a cuddle when I have a down day, the admin lady is a fantastic lady who gives me support when I need it I miss her when she
goes home. I appreciate all the help and support I get from all the staff.

My brother has been at the Serenita Care Home for a couple of years now and throughout that time all of the staff have treated him with kindness and respect, despite the fact that he can be very difficult. The owner and the receptionist are always extremely helpful and supportive, making time for me
when I need it, answering questions and supportive when I have found my brother's journey difficult to cope with at times. The food is excellent, the living areas are light and airy and they work really hard to put on a full range of activities for the residents. So, I just wanted to say thank you so much for all you do.

As I live away from Weston and cannot visit as much as I would like, I am confident that my sister is always well cared for and her needs met. All the staff are very pleasant and keep me informed if she has any issues. Her room is kept clean daily and the communal areas always welcoming. My sister
is very happy at Serenita, which is comforting for me. I really appreciate the care and understanding the staff give her and also compassion given to me too.

The overall service and care provided by this facility is absolutely magnificent, the residents are treated extremely well and I've observed nothing but heartfelt and genuine interactions between the staff and residents. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of life while ensuring
their safety and wellbeing and I'm extremely pleased with everything I have witnessed so far. Aside from the interactions with the residents, the staff have supported myself and my family in this difficult situation and made the whole situation more manageable. I have nothing but respect for the home and staff and couldn't be more reassured, thank you!

I visit this care home on a regular basis to visit my brother. The care home is doing an excellent job with him, the staff are all fantastic and caring towards all patients visitors. When I visit the staff are very friendly and caring towards all patients any time of day and night, I have seen for my
self the food that is prepared and served and I must say it looks delicious. The care home is always clean and tidy with lots of activities going on

I can't recommend this home enough!! The manager and his staff are all amazing. They treat my sister with dignity and respect and understand all of her little idiosyncrasies. She's been with Serenita for many many years and is happy and content here. The home is clean and tidy and bedrooms lovely with
all facilities they'd need. Staff are very accommodating and their interaction with my sister is encouraging and comforting. We know she's in good hands.

My sister has been at the Serenita for over 12 years now and I am continually impressed by their knowledge of her needs, the level of care and kindness they show her. The staff are amazing and communication on all aspects of my sisters care is excellent. My sister can be quite challenging but the staff
are so patient with her - they deserve medals in my view!

My review was done on the care my son had received in total at Serenita, a Notaro Home, and the meeting for results in relations on 24th October 2024. The manager very usefully gave us the motion beyond the care and future plans, all reassuring. Unfortunately, only a few days later we received 2 letters
notifying us of the sale of Notaro House to the Care Group. This could be very unsettling for both residents and relatives. There appears to be no consultation provided by the government, where funds are involved get notified.

Serenita has provided a safe and caring environment for my husband over the last 10 months. The staff are friendly and helpful and do all they can to assist my husband.
There are lots of activities to join in with and they always try to encourage residents to take part in outings and things around
the home.

My brother seems very happy here, I regularly ask how he's doing and is he okay living here, always the same answer, he likes the staff and is very comfortable.
I visit often and like the fact that the staff are very helpful and friendly, I think it is a good place for my brother to be.

Milan Mores

Job Title: Care Home Manager Joined: 2006

In 1999, in Slovakia, Milan started work as a therapist in a re-socialisation centre for people living with alcohol, drug and gambling addictions and got involved with delivering prevention programmes for young people, based around their addictions.


Milan then moved to the UK in 2006 and joined Notaro Care Homes as a deputy manager at Serenita; progressing to the registered manager in 2008.
Milan possesses a wealth of knowledge, experience and determination to ensure the residents of Serenita receive the very best care and support and continue successfully along their enablement programme and recovery journey.


Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
