My mum was happy when I saw her there at Christmas last year but then my mum moved on to another home due to her mobility and her care needs. A month after she moved, I lost my mum who passed away in February this year. I’d like to say a big thank you to the staff and the support which was given by the management and staff at Worcester Lodge. Sorry if this is taking too long for me to write a review up. I just take each day as it comes now as mum is not gonna say thank you for being part of her life and taking good care of her, I couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to be in.

Mum always seems content in the home. The nurses alerted her GP to spells of dizziness and her GP examined her and did some tests. One of the supervisors supported me in filling out an attendance allowance form.

I have gained my knowledge not only by doing the practical side of care but also by doing my NVQ 2, NVQ 3, and then my NVQ 5. I am very passionate about supporting people with Dementia, and I love to promote the best care possible. I love my dog, and she is my world!
