Firgrove House, rated OUTSTANDING Jan 2019 is a Georgian period property providing residential care as well as dementia care. The home is ideally situated a short walking distance from Yate Shopping Centre and the newly opened Riverside development with access to shops, cinema, cafes, a library, health centres and links to local public transport services.

Client rooms are comfortably furnished to create a homely environment and are equipped with TV aerials and call bells. Some rooms have en-suite facilities, some private wash and commode facilities. The home has client friendly computer equipment and Wi-fi facilities.

Firgrove House invests in training staff to ensure exemplary standards of care for clients. 24 hour care is in place within both the Main House and Coach House, day and night. At Firgrove House, carers always remember that they are working within the residents' home, their private space, therefore all residents are treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times.

Firgrove House ensures that clients enjoy daily activities, organised events, entertainment and outings. They also provide Day Care, seven days a week.

A comfortable small residential home with an on site cook preparing freshly cooked meals and a pleasant lounge and conservatory. Staff friendly.
