Overall Experience
From the time of contacting St Clair to enquire about room availability for my mother until the time she moved in a few weeks ago, I was very impressed with the process. I was able to be present when an assessment was carried out on Mum prior to the move, and St Clair was so helpful by dropping a wheelchair at the previous home for transportation and ensuring Mum had the necessary equipment on arrival.
Mum has been made to feel so welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. I, myself, have found the staff very friendly and accommodating, which has put my mind at ease.

Mum's room is light and airy and always clean and tidy when I visit. She often tells me how lovely the staff and food are, and I would genuinely have no hesitation in recommending the home.

Reply from Anna Blenkinsop, Director at St Clair House

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. I am so pleased to hear that your Mum has settled in well. I will pass your kind words on to the staff.
