After a very warm welcome back after a few weeks absence, the carers and staff are all very attentive and professional. The room is very nice, airy and light and the tv works! There are activities but I am accustomed to being quiet and I prefer reading.

My father is well cared for at Courtlands, the staff are always cheerful and helpful. Dads ensuite room is spacious always clean, the meals are wonderful and the homemade cakes are excellent! Dads favourite activity is the piano man singalong days and also sitting in the conservatory overlooking the garden. I would recommend this care home a beautiful place with caring staff that feel more like a family.

It’s always a sad time when a loved one cannot manage in their own home any longer and the worry for the family in finding a ‘new home’ for their family member is a time of upset and stress. My brother and I are so pleased that we were recommended Courtlands where my mum has been a resident for eighteen months. It is a great home, professional and caring and we would recommend it without hesitation.

Having decided with a very heavy heart that I could no longer look after my Mother at home, the decision was made to look for a care home. We as a family feel so lucky that Courtlands had a vacancy. I cannot praise enough the care that my Mother is receiving. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Mum is really enjoying her life at the home. She partakes in many activities and has a good relationship with the staff and clients. The home is clean and from what I have seen of the food, it looks delicious. I would thoroughly recommend Courtlands to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one.
