My mum Patricia had been resident in the Dimentia wing at Treverne nursing home for 3 months and i can't speak highly enough of the care she has had.
The nurses are really attentive and caring and check on mum at regular intervals day and night. The food is lovely and mum is really happy with everything.
I have spoken to other visitors and they feel exactly the way i do that Treverne nursing home is wonderful.

The care he has received at Trevern has been amazing. The kindness and dedication of the staff and carers is heart warming, and because of their care he has settled in really well now, and has begun to see it as home. He enjoys a chat with the friendly staff and the occasional bit of banter. He has always had a good appetite and he speaks very highly of the quality of the food.
I would thoroughly recommend Trevern to anyone looking for excellent care for their loved one.

My elderly and completely disabled sister was treated with love and respect by all the care staff who assisted her. At the time of my sister's passing the trauma for her and her family was understood and treated with great care and understanding. The care home administrative staff were also very professional and caring. All-in-all I can whole-heartedly recommend Trevern.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt words. We're deeply honoured to have supported your sister with compassion and dignity during her time with us. Knowing that our care made a difference to your family means a great deal to our entire team. Your recommendation is truly appreciated.
My relative has been a resident in Trevern for over a year now. In that time I have found the staff to be always cheerful, helpful and have made contact with me when the need had arisen. They always offer to help if I wish to move my relative to another room when visiting. On a few occasions when it has been necessary, they have responded immediately to an incident that needed their imput while I was there. The food always looks appertising and drinks are always provided. They include my relative in activities which they organise. I am very happy with the safety provided in this secure setting.
Thank you for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that your relative feels so supported, and that our team has been responsive and welcoming. Your feedback means so much to us, and we truly appreciate your trust and appreciation.
My mother is settling in really well and is making friends with many of the staff and residents. Nothing is too much trouble and I'm always greeted with friendliness and respect.
The rooms are well-cleaned every day and the food is excellent.

My Dad moved in here in August and I can honestly say he is absolutely thriving, the carers are now his friends as are the other residents. Honestly this is absolutely the best place, safe secure permanent accommodation, it's like a home from home but with lots of friends and better food (they cook amazing meals), nothing is too much trouble, residents are treated kindly and with respect. My dad is thriving here and absolutely is leading his best life. Thank you all so much. Thankfully my views of care homes have completely changed thanks to the team at Trevern Residential and Nursing Home, and my dad's life is now full of fun activities, hearty meals and lots of friends, not to forget the impeccable nursing care he is provided with 24 hours a day.

Friendliest nursing home I have ever been in. I was a state registered nurse (now retired) and worked in the field at one time. Excellent and professional - feels like a home for the residents.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback about our team. It means a lot, especially coming from someone with a nursing background. We're so pleased that you felt the warmth and professionalism that we strive to provide for our residents. We truly want Trevern to feel like a home and your kind words are a great reflection of this.
Staff always friendly and helpful and interact well with my mother. Food always appears to be of a good standard.

It is a nursing home that I would recommend to everyone. If I needed one I would be quite happy to live there. You deserve a 5-star rating, the staff are absolutely wonderful. The food is excellent and the home is very clean.

My mum has been at Trevern for just over a year. As a family who were apprehensive about her going into a home, we needn’t have worried, Mum is extremely well looked after and the staff show her nothing but kindness and compassion, they are like her extended family. We know that she is getting the best care possible and can’t thank all the staff enough for taking such great care of her.
Thank you for your wonderful five-star review, the team at Trevern will be touched to read your comments.
Positive points: Most staff do really care for my mother. Food has improved - keep it up. Notifications of 'event'/issues. Negative points: Staff turnover. Clothing control as to who has what. Parking - always had at 11-12 in the morning.
Thank you for your review for Trevern and your praise for our team. Please rest assured we are committed to retaining the best staff to care for our residents, hence our wage increases to ensure we are highly competitive. We are also about to launch a new tagging system for residents' clothing and...
The chef and team do really well with the budget and how the kitchen is currently run, there is a big opportunity here for Sanctuary to review and update menus with less sugary content which does increase infection with more fresh produce, and tasty nutritional plates and less waste, more fitting to the time? Eating together makes a difference.
The buildings are always cleaned well with the house and gardens being particularly run down, trusting Sanctuary will take it in hand to uplift these parts of the buildings with sun covers to allow residents to go outside this year during the summer months and bring back more activity instead of TV and Radio.
Thank you for wonderful words about the team at Trevern, they are absolutely devoted to enriching the lives of their residents. We will of course pass your comments regarding food to the home manager and chef, but please rest assured hospitality team plan and support chefs to provide a balanced,...
This has been noted as I have had a loved one in their care. My mother was tended by the care team of Trevern Care who went above and beyond as I knew they would management were in continuous contact and fully supportive of family members. I have an amazing relationship with the current registered manager who has continued to support me despite the passing of my mum. I would recommend Trevern.
Dad is very happy and content at Trevern and says that all of the staff are kind and caring. The only problem he has is with the food, he realises that a lot of the residents have no way of saying anything about it considering their dementia.
We are nearly always offered tea and biscuits on our visits.
Mum-in-law always looks clean and tidy and the bed always looks clean.
Very happy with the care given.
Again during, and after her death, I saw the loving care and the grief that was so visible by all the carers and in the preparation of her body for burial.
Very kind and helpful.
Very caring staff, clean and the residents are well cared for. Always very nice and pleasant staff and the rest of the workers. If I had to go into a home, it would be my choice, Trevern. The food is excellent.
