The circumstances of my partners having to go into care were quite traumatic for us both but it was all made so much more pleasant by the compassionate staff and their willingness to communicate. Once I was able to visit the home to see my partner I was so relieved to see how content he was and how well he was being looked after by such sweet-natured caring staff. Brandon House is a lovely, beautifully maintained residential home and it is always a pleasure to visit.

All the staff at Brandon House, who are looking after my 95yr old mother with dementia are really caring people who go out of their way to make sure she is happy and secure. Outings are organised and ‘in home’ activities. Meals are good and varied. During visits, I am always made to feel welcome.

Everyone at Brandon is kind and friendly and they provide a caring home for my elderly mother. The bedrooms and lounges are always attractively decorated and reflect the seasons and time of year e.g. Christmas, Easter etc. The garden and terraces are beautifully maintained. Thank you for it all.
