Hello, my name is Charlie and I am the registered manager at Beechmount. I have been in social care for 14 years, and I am passionate about providing good quality care. Here at Beechmount, we are compassionate, dedicated and have a long-standing staff team. Enabling us to have good working relationships, enabling our residents to feel safe and supported, and most importantly, they are happy in their own home.

Hello, My name is Lovely, and I am a Team Leader here at Beechmount. I have been part of the team for over 4 years now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my role. I am passionate in caring for the elderly and with gaining knowledge through experience I continue developing my skills. Beechmount is a friendly environment and we share the same goals of providing good quality care for the people we support.

I also do a part time Admin role at Beechmount, and I enjoy being apart of the team. More recently I am Beechmount's green champion and will be driving forward the improving resource efficiency and environmental performance of our organisation.

I am the maintenance person for Beechmount and have been here since 2023. I have had a varied working background since leaving school. I'm a hands-on person, and I enjoy having varied jobs to do around the home and gardens. I often find myself having a natter with the people we support and like hearing their life stories.

I'm Linu, and I have been at Beechmount since 2022. I love my job here at Beechmount. Beechmount is a small, cosy home where the residents are the centre of. We pride ourselves on providing good quality care.
