Whenever and at whatever time one visits, one is always met with a friendly smile from the staff and a happy and safe atmosphere prevails in this expertly and humanely managed home.
All staff – whatever their function - are obviously chosen mostly carefully and with great discernment and they are exceptional in every way. They are a happy team and treat their residents with dignity, compassion, respect, efficiency, kindness and loving care - and they also have a wonderful sense of humour! Any health issues are handled promptly and efficiently and I was always kept informed immediately.
