From the moment of stepping through the door, my mum and then later my dad were cared for magnificently. I was particularly touched by the welcoming family atmosphere and personal attention they and I received especially at such a difficult time for all. I was able to speak to my parents easily and always felt they were safe, their needs were being met and any queries were resolved quickly with kindness and compassion. Myself and other family members were very fortunate to be so welcomed when visiting and to have the opportunity to share quality time with my parents. My Mum was kept entertained with all the activities while my Dad was in hospital. The home is beautifully kept and management is so helpful and professional. I have had several experiences where staff went above and beyond their duties to ensure an outstanding outcome. Greycliffe Manor team, I am so very grateful for your support. Thank you.

My mother was taken into Greycliffe Manor as an intermediate care patient. She was very happy and very well looked after. Her room was clean and spacious and had a toilet. The staff were always happy and went out of their way to help in any way possible. My mum always complimented the food and loved sitting outside in the garden. Highly recommended.

My family are so very pleased with Greycliffe Manor Care Home, from entering you are able to sanitise your hands, mask, clock on the wall to write the time when entering the home, the staff member always greets you with a warm smile, always informs me if Dad is in bed or in their wonderful, clean garden room which helps Dad's mind. The staff always are a great help in answering questions we have. Greycliffe staff we find fantastic then Dad's food he has served is full of vegetables and nice meat which our dad loves his food so he looks forward to dinner. We feel Dad is very safe here. Nursing needs are the best. We have been in several homes, this was truly the best peace of mind for us. Thank you.

My father is well cared for and has good food and very attentive service at all times. The staff are caring and always let me speak to him at any time on the phone and look after him at all times through the night should he require a drink or anything.

When my mother entered the home, she was very anxious, recovering from illness and extremely disturbed at night. In the first few weeks, several ambulances were required to address her medical issues. Throughout this time the staff encouraged her and helped her to settle in, plus continued to contact the GP to ensure she had the right medical support to address her issues. Now a few months later, she is like a new woman, happy, settled and doesn't wish to leave the home. She loves all the staff and has made friends with the residents. I'm welcome any time and always made to feel welcome. I am very grateful to all the staff for helping my mother to feel happy again.

My husband has been attending daycare for a while and really enjoys being there. He always enjoys the food provided and participates if there is entertainment. As family we could not speak highly enough of everyone at Greycliffe Manor. The staff are so welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble, it's lovely to know that your loved ones are in such capable hands.

This residential home is simply amazing. I can't tell you how grateful we are to of found this home. We feel incredibly lucky to have experienced such a loving, friendly, and compassionate home. From the very moment my father walked through the door, I could see how clean it was. The staff were so friendly, and they really went over and above. Even over time, that really shone through. The care for my dad made him feel so safe and truly cared for. From mY point of view, I could relax more knowing he was happy, safe and cared for. The staff are so friendly and will always communicate with you. After my father sadly passed away, I walked away with a friend or two from the staff. I am more than happy to carry on supporting Grecliffe Manor. It was my first experience with a residential home and was a bit sceptical after seeing things in the media, but we really had the best. Thank you, Greycliffe. You really are amazing. I will always be very grateful.

Thank you Karen. What a wonderful review. We are so glad to have been able to support Dad. We look for people who want to make a difference to the elderly and we train them to treat everyone as we would want our own mother or father to be treated. It is tremendous to see that shone through! We will pass it on to everyone at Greycliffe Manor.

My mother had been referred to Greycliffe Manor following a stay in the hospital. During her two-month stay, she was looked after with care and compassion by every single member of staff. The whole team had a positive attitude and worked tirelessly to provide Mum with the care she needed. Thank you.

My father has been here since coming out of hospital. Also since being here my mother has passed away, the staff have been so caring and attentive to him over this sad time. Even when my father had Covid just before the funeral the staff looked after him so well he was Covid-free just before the day. The home is such a lovely, warm and welcoming place for residents and family.

Mother has been a resident at Greycliffe for the past 14 months and we say almost on a daily basis, how happy and grateful we are to have found such a perfect place to suit her needs. She is always praising the kindness of all the staff, her every need is cared for. We have been particularly impressed with their dealings regarding the Covid-19 pandemic with staff and residents alike, all have been tested, and all remain clear. Lockdown was made well before the nation was ordered to do so. Thank you to all Greycliffe - staff and management.

My grandad moved into Greycliff Manor July 2019. Since being there my grandad has been so well looked after by all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the residents or the resident's family they truly make you feel welcome and keep you up to date of what is going on with your loved one. Since the lockdown restrictions came in due to Covid-19 we have obviously been unable to see our grandad for a record amount of weeks but all I can say is I have nothing but praise for the staff with how they have dealt with this difficult time. They have kept the residents' spirits up and have totally taken over the care and companionship that residents would usually receive from family members also. They have put themselves on the front line to continue their very high standards of care that they give at one of the hardest times in everyone’s lives and I would just like to say a massive thank you from me and the rest of our family for the way you have taken care of my grandad.

I can't find the words to praise Greycliffe highly enough. My mother has been a resident since September 2018 when she settled in immediately thanks to the care and devotion of the most dedicated and caring staff I could have dared to wish for. She has such a lovely ensuite bedroom which is kept spotlessly clean, she enjoys the most delicious food and the delightful communal areas are also so clean and comfortable. She enjoys the beautiful garden with large outdoor gazebo and the well organized daily activities but the most important thing for me as her daughter (who was heartbroken that I was no longer able to look after my dearest mother at home) is that I know that my mother is safe, cared for by dedicated and caring staff who keep me informed and more than that have become an extended family to us all. We are currently now in the Covid-19 lockdown and Greycliffe continue to make residents feel safe, protected, loved and connected with our families. Thank you all at Greycliffe.

I am more than happy that my sister is in Greycliffe. You don’t know how glad I am that I found you. I think you have got a terrific set up there. You get entertainers in on a regular basis to stimulate and amuse your clients. You organise garden activities when the weather is nice. You really do go the extra mile. It is a lovely building - I get good vibes every time I enter. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And the building does not smell! How do you do it?

My mother was at Greycliffe on a short term basis before rehab. The staff are friendly and work well as a team. The home is spotless, food is wonderful and my mother was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The management team are efficient, knowledgeable and very supportive to residents and family. I was allowed to take my dog for a visit too. The restaurant tables have flowers and there are various activities. Simply wonderful.
