Since my very close friend has been a resident, she has improved in her overall wellbeing and lovely to see her being involved in the activities. Many thanks.

Having visited the home many times over the last 2 years, I have always found the staff very attentive of the residents who seem very happy at the home. A great atmosphere where everyone is made to feel included.

They have a great choice of activities and professionals who perform regularly. The home is very clean.

My father has been in Greycliffe Manor for a year this month. He is always singing the praises of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very friendly and have ready smiles and always treat Dad with respect. He has settled in really well which means less worry for me as he is 96 years old now.

Having previously been in a different home where the care was good but the home very regimental, it was with trepidation I went to Greycliffe Manor, however, I no sooner stepped inside when the friendship and care oozed out. From then onwards I felt 'at home'. The staff worked as a team with excellent leadership. I could not fault it in any way and if they have room I will definitely go back again for respite.

Mum went into Greycliffe Manor for a two-week break whilst I and my brother were abroad on holiday.
The staff were excellent with mum who was very confused and anxious. I kept in touch with the home regularly and was always given great assurance that mum was being cared for.

Thank you.

I became a temporary resident at Greycliffe Manor after breaking my ankle. The staff were welcoming and friendly, enabling me to settle in quickly. This care home is well equipped and comfortable. The food is good and tea and coffee is always available. If I or a relative needed to move to a care home to live, this would be top of my list.

Thank you management and staff, for your care and kindness.

Greycliffe Manor is clean, friendly and welcoming. The staff are very professional and caring. The premises is nicely decorated and very homely. My father-in-law's needs are being met in an excellent manner. My father-in-law is happy and contented, has a newspaper delivered daily and has a lot of interaction with the carers who pop in to chat with him. My wife, his daughter, brings in a stream of goodies I.e. Sweets, crisps, cake and he can keep this in his room for when he wants to eat them. He joins in in the entertainment that is provided. I think it is a lovely place to live in and am happy about it.

I have nothing but praise for the staff who run Greycliffe Manor. The carers are extremely kind, friendly and professional. My father has not got dementia and the carers often pop in to see dad for a chat which he thoroughly enjoys. He often enthusiastically tells me of all the "girls" who pop in daily! Dad is kept meticulously clean and tidy, his room is tidy, clean and hygienic, he is well fed and appears to be very happy living at Greycliffe Manor. As his daughter, I have the utmost confidence in the staff and home, I rest easy knowing that his every need is catered for and he is well cared for. Lovely, lovely home- top class!

Mum has been at Greycliffe Manor for over two years and myself and all the family are so happy that she is at this very special home. We know that she is happy, warm, well fed, clean and very safe. Everyone treats both mum and all our family like old friends and we join in everything that is organised for the resident.l Long may it remain so.

Only bad thing is too much paper work. I love the food. I love the music and animals coming. I don't like bingo though. Everyone is helpful.

If something doesn't suit me I tell the staff and they do something about it.
One of carers is excellent, she is taking me shopping next week.

I love the food - I asked for prawns and prawns were served the next day. We had a lovely Simnel cake for Easter.
