  • Lorna House does not believe in visiting restrictions. Preferably, visit later in the morning or after lunch so as not to clash with the busy morning schedule for residents and staff. The most suitable times are 10 am till 12.30 pm and 2 pm till 4.30 pm.
    Please do not visit if unwell to protect residents and staff.

We found that Lorna House and its staff provided everything we could ask for and my mum loves it. She been here since November 2017 and loves it. The staff are so kind and friendly and nothing seems to be a problem.
Couldn't wish for better care anywhere.
This place is the best.

Issac Theophilos and his wife own Aveland court care home. They both are passionate, qualified Registered Nurses. They both have humble beginnings as care workers in the care home sector.


Experience: Issac has experience working as a carer and being a Registered Manager of a FIVE STAR CQC-rated Nursing home in Sussex. Issac is one of the top care home consultants in the UK, advising care home leaders to deliver nothing less than Outstanding Care. Issac has audited more than 100+ care homes. Issac has experience helping care homes achieve Outstanding ratings from CQC to turning around Inadequate care homes. Issac implements the best strategies at Aveland through his consultancy experience.
